Everycare (Oxford) Ltd Reviews (6)
Over all time Everycare (Oxford) Ltd has 6 reviews.
Everycare worked hard to provide a consistent service within some external constraints beyond their control (the poor planning progress by Continuing Care at the beginning of the service which made it difficult to find regular carers), and some internal constraints within their control (communication problems between manager and staff). Everycare also worked hard to adjust to the growing complexity of the service user's needs and managed to deliver 100% of waking nights - although remaining awake proved a challenge for some last-minute carer deployments.
Everycare were very considerate of my aunt's condition and did everything possible to keep her comfortable. It was easy to contact Everycarem who also assisted by liaising with other professional services.
Everycare staff were extraordinarily helpful and professional. My brother's principal carer built a strong relationship with him, even in the short time before he died. We were regularly contacted by care management to ensure that everything was working well, and they were able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
An external assessment showed that he would need 3 hours of personal care daily, seven days a week two hours in the morning and one hour at bedtime.
He has been treated with dignity. On one occasion we had a relationship which did not work out. The situation was discussed with and assessed by the management and this cere was replaced at our request. Carer turnover was a concern at one stage, but has now been addressed and has stabilised. New care staff first shadow an experienced team member and are then observed by a team manager to ensure that all is well.
I am very happy with the service provided by Everycare Oxford.
My husband can be aggressive but all the carers who look after him are very professional when dealing with him. They treat him with great respect and I leave him entirely in their hands. It is a great relief to me and I am very grateful for their help.
