Mum has several carers who come to look after her. All are very kind and caring. Sometimes communication between the office, carers and mum could be better. They work very hard and deserve more recognition for what they do. Mum did not want carers when she came out of hospital but realises her life has been more enriched because of them. We have all made lots of lovely friends. Overall we are very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Destiny has been fantastic for my aunt. They are reliable and have established a great rapport with her. They always arrive happily and have great enthusiasm. I know they will keep me up to date with her welfare, as they communicate often.

Generally, the care works out reasonably well, the carers have a tight schedule, and the timing of visits can be variable which can make life more complicated. Some carers are caring and do a good job. A few arrive and leave in the least possible time and sign they were here for longer.

My 99-year-old mum has been using your services since last year. She was apprehensive about needing care, but I was no longer able to provide all the help she needed. From the first meeting with the Manger, both she and I felt confident. The carers mum has had have been great. She loves them, nothing seems to be too much trouble, and she feels she 'matters'. In turn, I am confident she is receiving the best care from lovely people. Thank you, Destiny Health Care Services, for enabling me to become a 'daughter' again not mums carer.

This is our first contact with the care system. I have found all of the staff allocated to us, very friendly and helpful. My husband is always happy to see them and I am always happy to see them too. All the staff cope well with our situation, as our house is not the easiest to move about in, but they find a way around most things.

Always on time and we have the same person attending as not to cause confusion with my husband's dementia. You can tell they want to attain the same care plan with very good training. This has been instilled in the staff with an aim to reduce the stress with myself and the carer. Also very polite to myself and husband. Their training is very clear to see in their abilities covering all aspects.
