This is the first care agency where we feel that "care" truly means care. For us, as siblings and his family carers, it has allowed us to take a step back and simply be family again, with the reassurance that our brother is safe, valued, and well looked after. We are extremely grateful to the whole team and would recommend them without hesitation.

I have used YOU-CAS to support my cousin for many years. The team have shown professionalism and commitment throughout and, above all, they have consistently been caring and supportive. They are always flexible and will help with any specific requests, however big or small. I would like to mention one member of staff in particular as she has been a key support giver to my cousin for many years and has been exceptional.

My brother has been receiving twice weekly support from You- Cas for over 2 years now. Over that time he has been able to build a trusting relationship with the carers. That is a testament to the carers themselves but also to the consistency of carers. The carers are friendly, helpful, professional and keen to work with my brother in a way that meets his needs. I have always found them to be reliable, responsive and flexible. The manager is always very available and helpful. I have been very pleased with You-Cas and would not hesitate to recommend them. They have been invaluable.

Mum, now in her late 90s, has been using YOU-CAS for several years now, twice a week, and myself and Sister have always been really pleased with the care provided. In the last 2 months, Mum's care needs have changed quite dramatically, and we have had to increase the care visits. Not only has this been a great success, but the efficiency, flexibility and real willingness to help, sometimes at very short notice, from the Manager and assigned staff, has been a huge help. We are so grateful to have this company close at hand, knowing that in a crisis they will also be there for Mum and for us.

We have used YOU-CAS for several years now and the standard of care does not change, all the girls who come in are lovely to my husband who can be difficult at times, especially in the morning to get out of bed. All very kind and patient with him, his main carer goes above and beyond caring for him. So a big thank you to all at YOU-CAS for your help and support, I couldn't do it without you.

My mother and father in law receive a home help service from YOU-CAS. They needed the service to commence quite quickly and the manager put this service in place very quickly. The carer comes on time every week, she is very friendly and provides a great service.

The Manager ensured that service was provided swiftly and she is at hand should we need to ask any questions.

I have been using YOU-CAS for my parent's care for the last 3 years. All the carers are really good but both my parents have developed a really close relationship with one member of staff. This member of staff and the manager go above and beyond for my parent's care and wellbeing needs.

I got in touch with You-Cas in July 2023, shortly after we had a meeting with the Managers to discuss our family needs. From the first moment, they seemed really kind and genuine. Since then we have been assigned a carer who is absolutely wonderful. She fits in with our family really well and just 'gets' what we need help with and when. It has been absolutely revelatory having the extra help and care. Communication is strong, any changes are known in advance and I just can't recommend this company enough. Absolutely amazing people and team doing outstanding work.

You-Cas was recommended to us and I am so glad we chose them. My mum has dementia and finds change difficult and Dad needs personal care. From the initial meeting, when You-Cas came out to meet me and talk through the family needs, we felt comfortable. They put the care we required in place quickly and efficiently and we have nothing but praise for all the staff. The standard of care is consistently high and the staff are kind and cheerful. The rota is published weekly in advance and a small group of staff were our regular carers, which my parents liked. Communication is quick and efficient and we have no complaints at all. You-Cas have been attending my husband for the past twelve months. The carers who attend to give personal care, are all extremely professional, friendly and caring and my husband enjoys having a laugh and joke with them, whilst they are in our home. We were rather nervous having carers coming into our home for the first time but once we got to know them all, we were extremely comfortable and they have our full trust. During the pandemic, they have been particularly careful, always wearing their masks, aprons and gloves. The Management team have also been extremely kind and helpful, should I ever need to get in touch with them. I would have no hesitation in recommending You-Cas to anyone who requires personal care at home.

We were thrown into needing home care for our Mum and YOU-CAS managed to fit us on their books. We didn’t know too much about the agency but liked what we read. How lucky we have been with them! All of the carers, men as well as women, have cared for our Mum very well. Not quite a year on, the care is even better. Mum is now very used to having kind and caring people in her home taking care of her daily needs. They talk with her, sing with her and laugh with her. They do their best to get her to eat and drink (but of a prob at the moment)! We, as a family, could not manage without them. We are assured and confident that they look after Mum more like a friend now. They have taken the stress out of a situation we never thought we’d be in and we are grateful.

I have engaged the Services of You-CAS to work for us at the weekends. The care staff that come to my mother are extremely caring and have developed a good rapport with her in a relatively short time. They take time to explain what is happening and ensure she is happy with what is about to happen. The company is a small company, which has meant that the same carers regularly visit my mother. The manager has been in regular contact ensuring care plans are in place and up to date. The manager has also reviewed the service on a regular basis so that should there be any issues they can be addressed sooner rather than later. However, to date, I have had no issues with the care and service provided.
