Overall Experience
My husband and I were finding it difficult to find weekend support to enable us to access the community and complete domestic tasks such as meal preparation and cleaning.
We were introduced to the Manager at You-Cas who has been extremely helpful. Although You-Cas is a new company she was able to find us two support workers who are able to cover the hours that we require. We find the ladies are very willing and able to support us whatever we require. If we require more help, the Manager will do her best to accommodate us.
