Cannot recommend KC carers enough. My father was so resistant to having care but from the assessment (where Michelle mopped up my tears) to the level of care delivered was faultless. They really provided an incredible service that made the last part of my father's life much easier. I'm so grateful to them all for what they did for us. And they try to keep the same carer to each client which really helps build up a trusting bond. My father adored Lotty and she was just amazing to him. Thank you for what you all did for us.

Special thank you to a particular member of staff, she was my rock.

On occasions when they are delayed somebody from the company will ring and let me know so that Dad knows they will actually be there if a little later.

All friendly, helpful people both carers & in the office, nothing is too much trouble & for me personally, l can rest assured that my mother is in good hands with me living out of the country, so l thank everyone for that.

Continue to feel my relative's needs are always paramount to any visits. Any on-the-day concerns are always promptly communicated with me. Would not hesitate to recommend as a care provider. Definitely value for money.

Dad reluctantly had short-term carers to enable discharge from hospital. Once this care package was due to end he said “he didn’t need or want carers”. However he did agree for me to explore care agencies. One of the care managers came and met Dad and myself and did a thorough assessment. She was keen to hear what Dad wanted from his carers and we were able to make sure his care package fitted into his daily routine and what’s important to Dad. KC Carers started supporting Dad at the end of February and it has gone really well. Dad mainly has the same carer who he really likes and consistency is so important to Dad. Dad’s care package means he has the support he needs with his personal care and meals but he is able to maintain his independence and continues with his daily routines. As his daughter it is so reassuring to know Dad has support from an amazing care team and most importantly he is well and happy.

KC Carers have been involved with my dad for around twenty months. Each and every member of the team have been caring not only towards Dad but showing an interest in Mum too. Dad has made tremendous progress in the last year and now only has one visit a week by a carer who helps him to shower. Staff and management are very approachable and nothing is too much trouble for them. The carer's smiley face is a tonic every Tuesday morning! As Tuesday is one of the days I spend with my parents I meet her every week and it is a pleasure to see the trusting relationship that has been built between them. I would have no hesitation in recommending KC to anyone seeking care at home for themselves, their family or friends.

My sister-in-law lived on her own, many miles from her three brothers and their families. She was unwell, very lonely and unable to cope on her own. She received help and care from the very experienced Care Manager and her team and looked forward to them visiting each day. They helped her maintain her independence by doing her shopping and preparing some meals for her and took care of her every need, which is greatly appreciated by all of our family. We would recommend KC Carers as a brilliant team of people to help others who have difficulty coping - they are definitely a five-star company.

They listen to your needs and requirements and accommodate them perfectly. East to talk to and make changes and always check in with you. Would highly recommend it.

All the staff at KC Carers are very professional in their job. They give a first-class service on every call. They go above and beyond to make sure that your loved ones are safe and looked after. They keep you updated in every aspect of care and raise any concerns when necessary. They helped me through a very difficult time and I will always be in debt for the help and support from start to finish. Well done KC Carers.

KC Carers cared for my mother for several years until her passing in January 2024. To start with my mother (and my father) were nervous about having strangers into their house. But their minds were soon put at ease and they felt assured that the care she was receiving was of the very highest quality. When my father died in December 2022 we knew if we couldn't be there then she would be in safe hands. During her last few weeks the care was of an exceptional and compassionate level, knowing that her time with us was now limited.

I was really struggling to care for my husband and he was depressed, uncooperative and not amenable to having carers. However, I don’t know what we would do without them now. He has gained confidence and independence and looks forward to the visits. All of the carers have been excellent, polite and professional. Special shout out to one of the carers who has gone the extra mile to ensure his needs are met.

Always had my health as their priority, very caring and lovely staff, from the beginning to the end. Always asking if I needed anything before they left and always contactable by phone if I needed anything extra. Very committed to my care and getting me better after having lymphoma.

They are great with my dad and feel like family to us. My dad mostly gets exactly what he wants or needs within his care package. Some carers are better than others, but all meet the basic standards of care he needs. I would definitely recommend them. It's reassuring knowing he is in safe hands and happy.

Absolutely awesome carers. They can not do enough to help. Great communication and support and always willing to go the extra mile! The director team are brilliant and the morning carers are superb. They help with all aspects of my husband's care but particularly getting him up in the mornings. This makes a huge difference to our lives and allows us to maintain a husband-wife relationship not husband and carer. Would highly recommend it.

Amazing care workers who are friendly and professional, providing great care. Managers are easily contacted, and nothing is too much trouble! The care given is always 100% and made us feel so comfortable in our own home. Really recommend.

The care manager and her team at KC Carers have played a hugely important role in my mother’s care over the past ten years. As Mum’s needs increased significantly over time, the same highly professional and caring team helped my family to provide Mum with not only the essential personal care she needed as she moved through different health and mobility stages, but they were also unfaltering in their kindness and understanding of Mum as life became increasingly difficult and frustrating for her. During the pandemic, the team brightened her day with every visit, kept me updated on a daily basis and kept Mum safe at all times. Knowing my mum’s team gave her the best care and also really cared about her was one of the main reasons that I would recommend KC Carers to any family who wanted to support their elderly loved one’s wish to spend their later years living in their own home.

A very well-run care team that really made my parents feel at ease after a bad experience with the previous care team. KC Carers emphasise on comfort, friendliness and professionalism. I would highly recommend it. They provide and go above and beyond when considering the patient and add a real human personal touch. Great team and we will be staying with them.
