Communication with Amazing Homecare is made as easy as possible, the office and on-call service make them easily contactable. They have been reliable and strive to go the extra mile all of the time. Mum gets wonderful care from the staff that visit her - they are patient and kind. I would have no hesitation
in recommending Amazing Homecare.

The service and care provided by Amazing Homecare was exceptional. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my husband was comfortable and received the care and attention that he needed. All staff members that attended to my husband were gentle, kind and patient.
They made us all feel at ease, and we were grateful for the care shown to him. We are very grateful for everything you did in the short time we required your services.

My brother has suffered night time incontinence for over 2 years and has had very disturbed sleep. The carers from Heritage tried lots of different pads, incontinence sheets etc. until the issue was resolved. He now sleeps much better.

We have been using Heritage Healthcare service for nearly 6 months primarily to help our disabled 87-year-old mother who suffers from severe rheumatoid arthritis wash and dressed each morning, and they have maintained a high standard of care throughout the period.
We have been particularly pleased
that they have been able to rotate the work within a small group of regular and locally based carers, while it has also been noticeable that the carers we have had do genuinely care about our mother. We have also found that both the company's management and staff have been very responsive to our needs and we would thoroughly recommend this company.

I cannot praise this organisation highly enough. They have cared for my mother for almost 2 years as she progressed with dementia. Every member of the team showed kindness, respect, humour and genuine care for her. Nothing was too much trouble and they responded so quickly no matter what happened.
I could not have kept my job without this incredible support and the security of knowing how well my mother was being cared for. The organisation is led by kind, caring and dedicated managers and the ethos and values are demonstrated through the calibre and quality of the carers. My mother has been genuinely happy with the relationships she has built and has been able to maintain her sense of humour and enjoy a number of activities that she had lost through loneliness. I am so grateful for all they have done for all of us. Thank you.

I have used this agency a few times now for my mother who has suffered a stroke and also has anxiety. I have used them to escort her to the hospital for appointments. When Mum went to her talking therapy session for the first time the carer was able to put her at ease before the session and kindly took
Mum for a cup of tea after the session. The staff are well mannered, friendly, professional and reliable. Mum enjoys their company. This is because the staff engage her in meaningful conversation and have a good sense of humour.


Mum does look forward to them coming and I am able to go to work and concentrate without ever having to worry about the quality of their care.


I would definitely recommend them.

Since Heritage have taken over my mother's care, her general condition and morale has improved massively. They look after her like a much-loved relative rather than a client.
They are setting a new high standard of care that would be extremely hard to match.


In addition, the administrators

deal with any extra requirements that crop up speedily and with good grace. Nothing is too much trouble.


I could write for hours and quite frankly I still wouldn't be able to praise them highly enough. - If they are not perfect, they are as near as it is possible to be.

These guys took over my dad's care at the end of May and bend over backwards for my dad to make him comfortable every day and have gone above and beyond to ensure that Dad has total independence and they are always there to assist him if required. Dad is wheelchair bound and needs help getting up, showered
and dressed in the morning and then come in for his evening routine as well. I have not heard the word "no" yet from them to say they can't help with an aspect that the family cannot assist with.
I prefer the way they ask Dad how he wants to be cared for rather than being told by family. Dad is in charge of his own care needs and Heritage support and encourage that. Dad has certainly perked up and enjoys not being "just a client". The carers sit and have a cuppa and a chat with him before they leave and that's really important so Dad feels he is not isolated or alone.

Patricia left a successful career in HR and IT consultancy to focus on building a business which benefited the community. Patricia utilises her vast managerial experience to lead both the Registered Care Manager and Care Team to provide an outstanding home care service to the communities of Bromley.


Patricia said, “I am very fortunate to be able to do something that I feel so passionate about, putting hard work into.
