Amazing Homecare

My mother needed support when she left hospital after catching Covid. The carers that visited her were absolute saints and the office team were always helpful. My mum has never had care before and initially was quite reluctant. They were all warm, patient, and caring. They gave her the right amount of support to help her regain her independence. She no longer needs them, but I’m sure she misses them. I highly recommend this company.

To say I'm disgusted with the service you have provided is an understatement. The lack of care and dignity showed to my father is nothing more than criminal. We will be taking action against this poor company and have video, plus photo evidence to prove our allegations. If you love your family member do not use this company.

I do not have enough superlatives to describe how wonderful the care providers from this company were to my late husband. They visited us twice a day and were always so kind, caring, and respectful to him. They had practical solutions when needed and offered me great comfort and support when times became tough. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I am so very grateful to these amazing women. I honestly could not have coped without their help.

Mum has only been with these carers for a few months, but they are fantastic. She has a visit twice a day. The carers are so good to her, kind, respectful, friendly, and will do anything to help her. Communication with Amazing Homecare is made as easy as possible, the office and on-call service make them easily contactable. They have been reliable and strive to go the extra mile all of the time. The service and care provided by Amazing Homecare was exceptional. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my husband was comfortable and received the care and attention that he needed. All staff members that attended to my husband were gentle, kind and patient. They made us all feel at ease, and we were grateful for the care shown to him. My brother has suffered night time incontinence for over 2 years and has had very disturbed sleep. The carers from Heritage tried lots of different pads, incontinence sheets etc. until the issue was resolved. He now sleeps much better.

We have been particularly pleased that they have been able to rotate the work within a small group of regular and locally based carers, while it has also been noticeable that the carers we have had do genuinely care about our mother. We have also found that both the company's management and staff have been very responsive to our needs and we would thoroughly recommend this company.

I cannot praise this organisation highly enough. They have cared for my mother for almost 2 years as she progressed with dementia. Every member of the team showed kindness, respect, humour and genuine care for her. Nothing was too much trouble and they responded so quickly no matter what happened. I could not have kept my job without this incredible support and the security of knowing how well my mother was being cared for. The organisation is led by kind, caring and dedicated managers and the ethos and values are demonstrated through the calibre and quality of the carers. My mother has been genuinely happy with the relationships she has built and has been able to maintain her sense of humour and enjoy a number of activities that she had lost through loneliness. I have used this agency a few times now for my mother who has suffered a stroke and also has anxiety. I have used them to escort her to the hospital for appointments. When Mum went to her talking therapy session for the first time the carer was able to put her at ease before the session and kindly took Mum for a cup of tea after the session. The staff are well mannered, friendly, professional and reliable. Mum enjoys their company. This is because the staff engage her in meaningful conversation and have a good sense of humour.

Mum does look forward to them coming and I am able to go to work and concentrate without ever having to worry about the quality of their care.

I would definitely recommend them.

In addition, the administrators deal with any extra requirements that crop up speedily and with good grace. Nothing is too much trouble.

I could write for hours and quite frankly I still wouldn't be able to praise them highly enough. - If they are not perfect, they are as near as it is possible to be.

I prefer the way they ask Dad how he wants to be cared for rather than being told by family. Dad is in charge of his own care needs and Heritage support and encourage that. Dad has certainly perked up and enjoys not being "just a client". The carers sit and have a cuppa and a chat with him before they leave and that's really important so Dad feels he is not isolated or alone.
