She is visited each day at 8am and helped to wash and dress.

The ladies who visit are just wonderful, every single one of them. They never moan, complain, talk badly about the company they work for or their workday. They are all so kind, gentle and refreshingly positive. They take time to talk to Mum, keep her motivated and not feel like client number 'x' in their list for the day.

They have helped my Mum immeasurably from a physical point of view but also, almost more importantly from an emotional point of view.

Although her paid care has come to an end and she is on the mend, we are continuing with the team 3 days a week to help Mum washing and dressing.

Also a shout out to the lovely Ashley who is our point of contact. She's so helpful and always available, we couldn't ask for more.

My dad is not always the easiest client but he really enjoys having the carers come not only do they do his medical and personal needs they stay for a chat which is his favourite part. He has just had a medical relapse and I can honestly say without them including the office staff I don't know how we would have coped. Kind and caring but most of all for me they listen.

We changed over to Amazing Care after having bad experiences with previous carers and they have cared for our mum over the past 3/4 years. We have been happy with the service given and love the app to see how each visit has gone along with tasks that were completed. I also like the social media contact which means staff can advise us of anything or we are able to raise anything. The response we get is almost instant. We as a family have peace of mind that carers turn up on time and give the care my mum requires. This has helped our mum stay in her own home, something I know she is so happy about. We have been very happy with the care she has received.

Amazing Homecare has been looking after my mum for over 5 years now. They are caring and compassionate and go above and beyond to help us look after her. We keep in close contact with the agency and using the app I can see how each visit has gone which I find so useful. We have had to ask them to do extra at times in regards to falls etc. and they never fail to help us when we need them. We as a family highly recommend them.

I was under the care of Amazing Homecare for eight weeks. My schedule was two visits per day for seven weeks and one visit per day for one week. Every carer that attended treated me with dignity and respect. The professional way they did their job was excellent. I can say that if I need care again there is not one of them I would not welcome back.

I am so pleased with the wonderful care my husband gets from all of the carers, they really do look after him and care about his feelings, they always check with me if they are unsure about anything involving his care. I would recommend to friends or family.
