I would like to express my thanks to Monika and her team for looking after my elderly mum for the last 3 years. They went above and beyond throughout this time supporting both mum and ourselves, keeping us updated and ensuring mum had all she needed. My mum moved to a hospital which led to no requirement for home care. Thanks again for your professional and courteous service.

Everyone concerned - Paladins management/staff, carer and deputy carer - all professional, caring, courteous, go beyond the call of duty. I would totally recommend them and indeed have done so, to someone who was equally impressed.
