This is the worst care provider. My mother was discharged from the hospital on the proviso that carers come four times a day. The service is very poor, the carers do not turn up, and even when you try and call they give you excuses - don't know why they have not turned up, we are unable to contact the carers - they are not answering their phone. No one cares.
