'Care that matters - supporting independence with dignity and kindness.'
At PHC Home Care, good care is about people, not just tasks. Every visit is a chance to bring comfort, kindness and a sense of independence into someone’s day. Carers do not simply take over; they encourage clients to do as much as possible for themselves while offering gentle support wherever it is needed.

PHC have been helping members of our family for over 12 years now. They are very friendly and supportive and have provided a range of help, as our needs have flexed, from nursing care to domestic support. The managers are easy to contact by phone or email and have been able to draw on their team at short notice when emergencies have cropped up too which has been hugely appreciated. They have also accompanied family to medical appointments.
Thank you, Zoe, for your lovely feedback. Supporting your family for more than a decade has been an honour, and we're glad our care continues to give you reassurance.
The carers are very good in what they do, they are always on the time. They always take of me and make sure that I do nit fall or anything. They take care of my personal care and help me prepare my breakfast. They also encourage my indeoendance.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased that our carers are supporting you with your care needs and helping you maintain your independence. It's wonderful to know you feel safe and well looked after.
Christmas Day 2025 my sister had a fall and was admitted to Northwick Park.On returning home PHC took on her rehabilitation with 5 hours daily care. Since then she has recovered well and gained in confidence and mobility. I cannot fault the care she is receiving. Thank you PHC, i can fully recommend your services.
Thank you for your kind words. We are so glad to have supported your sister's recovery and to see her gaining confidence and mobility again. It means a lot to know you fully recommend our services.
PHC services have been caring for my elderly mother for the last 3 years. We can rely on regular carers, who have become familiar to her, who deal with daily washing, including intimate care, meal time duties, and facilitating medication. They are watchful, friendly and were professional when an emergency occurred. The Agency is always on call and provide handyman services. The carers have proved trustworthy, reliable and show a caring, family attitude to their duties, going over and above making my mother feel comfortable.
Thank you so much for sharing this kind feedback. It's wonderful to hear that our carers have built trust and familiarity with your mother while providing the care and reassurance she needs. We truly appreciate your trust in PHC over the past three years.
They are kind and understanding, particularly on occasions when my husband has had a drink and is verbally quite rude. They willingly respond to my requests when there are issues and look after his needs.
We are happy with the care given.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We are so glad to hear that our carers are supporting your husband with kindness and understanding, even on the more challenging days. Your trust means a lot to us, and we will continue to support him.
Mum cannot look after herself at all so she is woken up, washed, fed etc. and this is done very well. Her medication is administered correctly, unlike a previous care company.
In the past year one visit was missed but this was only the second time in the past seven years and was sorted out.
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're delighted your mother is happy with her care and grateful for your trust. We also acknowledge the past missed visit and remain committed to ensuring this does not happen again.

Evelyn is a true healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience as a District Nurse. In 2006, she founded Pinner Home Care (now operating as PHC Home Care) following a passion to care for the elderly and disabled in their own homes.
Evelyn started her career in Zimbabwe as a high school teacher, and after a number of years decided that what she really wanted to do was to become a nurse and care for people in her community.
During her nursing career, Evelyn has held a number of positions, including Staff Nurse and District Nursing Care Manager. These have provided her with a wealth of care and people management skills that she now brings to PHC Home Care.
In her spare time, Evelyn enjoys cooking, swimming and reading. She also loves to travel and meet people from different backgrounds and cultures.
At PHC Home Care, Eric A-Kum serves as the Nominated Individual, ensuring our services meet regulatory standards and consistently deliver safe, high-quality care. In this role, he acts as the bridge between PHC and the Care Quality Commission (CQC), overseeing compliance, supporting the Registered Manager, and keeping the people we care for at the centre of everything we do.
Eric brings over 25 years of experience as a design and build professional, along with PGCE-qualified teaching at the college level, which reflects his strong background in leadership, governance, and professional development.

She provides training for new team members, covering both practical skills in the field and theoretical knowledge in the office, ensuring that staff are confident and well-prepared. In addition, Ruth undertakes client assessments, contributes to the development of personalised care plans and risk assessments, and helps to coordinate care delivery between frontline staff and line managers.
Her role also extends to conducting appraisals, mentoring colleagues, and fostering effective communication and positive relationships with clients’ families. Ruth’s involvement in both office-based tasks and frontline care ensures that PHC Home Care remains responsive, reliable, and person-centred.
