Care Sante London provides exceptional care at home for older people and people with physical, cognitive and mental health challenges; people recovering from illness or injury; and people with long-term or life-limiting diagnoses like dementia, Parkinson's and cancers. They operate across Barnet, Haringey and surrounding areas.

Care Sante London's services include:
- Long-term visiting care - from a weekly call to several calls daily
- Short-term reablement care to restore independence following illness, injury or a hospital stay
- Respite care to relieve family/informal carers
- 24 hour care where a customer's needs are more intensive
- Live-in care
- Palliative and end-of-life care.

Customers can request support for:
- Personal care
- Managing medication
- Meal/drink preparation
- Domestic tasks such as light housework and shopping
- Participating in social activities.

They're encouraged to participate in care planning and self-direct their day-to-day support to ensure it reflects their preferences and aligns to their lifestyle. Customers are supported to achieve what matters most to them. Care Sante London's team is laser-focused on ensuring customers live full, satisfying lives, as independently as possible and in the comfort of their own homes.

All employees undergo enhanced DBS checks and receive comprehensive training and mentoring to ensure customers receive a high standard of care.
