Most of the carers do care but......

I would like to especially mention Fadumo from Haringey for all her help in tailoring the level of care for my mother, and Nelly from Haringey, who has gone the extra mile to ensure that my mother is comfortable, and communicates to us if there is anything she feels that my mother would benefit from.

My mother nearly passed away in June and was worried how she would cope when she came out of hospital. She is so grateful for the support and how friendly and wonderful the staff are looking after her. My mother has been well looked after and in particular 2 people Rosemary who is a legend so helpful goes beyond her duties to her we treat her one of our close friends when she is not coming my mother gets upset when she sees Rosemary big smile on her face. Also Fatima so helpful goes beyond when we need help. Thank you both for what you do

All the carers have a good attitude with my mum always on time my mum isn't an easy person to persuade to carry task as she's extremely independent you he e to be your friend then she will listen to you

Been very good staff and carers have been very professional and helpful and friendly I would recommend Care sante to other friends who have parents who are not well like I said the cares that goes to Mum have been lovely always work with a smile

I now require minimum help but I rely on Care Sante for assistance with showering. My experience has always been good.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by your carers. They were thorough and conscientious, and did everything I asked of them.

Now that my mother needs two carers at a time, some of the other carers are more experienced than others but they all work hard and do their best. The newer carer is very nice, and her work is very clean and tidy.

Care Sante London carers look after my mother who is 95. We are extremely happy with the level of service received. The carers are extremely kind, considerate and do a wonderful job in looking after my mother. They make sure she is comfortable and adhere to all her needs.

My elderly mother, who lives alone, was released from hospital early November. Care Sante services were engaged to provide daily care sessions at a time help was needed most. My mother's team of carers are professional, caring, attentive, reliable and empathetic. I am comforted knowing they have made a difference to my mother's recovery since leaving hospital. Thank you.

Got the best carer who is off ill but given the best of rest while she is ill. One member of staff is amazing. Lovely lady. Thank you.

My father has been transferred to his temporary accommodation first week of March. He had a stroke and was not able to use his right side. Since the first day staff have been very supportive of my father. They are very attentive and look after the needs of my father. I am very impressed how caring and sensitive staff are at Care Sante. They respond to any inquiry promptly, communication is excellent. Thank you very much Care Sante London.

Their carer is absolutely amazing and she is able to manage my dad very well, who can be extremely difficult. He has refused other carers. My parents both like and trust her very much and she is obviously very committed to her job, and genuinely cares about my parents. She works very hard and my sister and I would like her to continue to be their carer twice a day 7 days a week. As we think that is what they need. They may of course need more. I've been in touch with social services and they are arranging for a new urgent reassessment.

We are very happy with the carer assigned to my stepmother. She is very reliable, kind and sensitive. The staff at the office are friendly and can be reached easily. The carer herself always lets us know if she can't visit, although we don't always hear what alternative arrangements have been made by the office, which would be helpful. However, they are informative when we phone them to check. There were a few admin problems in the past but these seem to have been sorted out recently.

It is also nice that they don't rush out and stay and have a chat with mum.

My family are extremely happy with the care provided by The Cedars. They have wonderful carers.

Friendly, told her we are happy with the service but also explained the late arrival of staff having to travel to their assignments.
