I love my carers. They really help me.

All carers are good and treat me well.

A good overall experience. Professional and caring. The only problem is with the current app, don't know who is coming and at what time. I'm sure it will get sorted out.

Doves care are very efficient and haven't missed a day in the last 3 years.

The team has excellent communication and is always helpful and flexible. They adjust to my needs whenever I experience difficulties. Whenever I ask for assistance, they respond positively and supportively. Their approach is always encouraging and never negative or discouraging, which makes me feel comfortable asking for help when I need it.

Good organisation help old people. I have a feeling that I am not in any care, but I am with my family. I live a very simple life as an old widow, but I am not so simple. I graduated as a lawyer, and I am glad that carers are coming and my life is not so isolated. Feeling my empty days without my darling husband, if I have any problems, I call carers.

The staff are great at taking me to my mental health appointments. They can arrange team at short notice, my friend who recently passed away used to take me. Doves stepped in.

The compassion and professionalism of the team was excellent. My grandmother was well looked after. At the beginning she was hesitant of having carers but once the care started she changed and looked forward to having the care visits. I would recommend Doves Care any day. The peace of mind we had was refreshing.

Its okay. My carers work hard. Sometimes they are annoying especially when I am on my laptop working.

Doves Care Agency looked after my brother for well over two years. He had complex needs, but their care, as far as I was aware, was excellent. I felt a genuine warmth from the Doves carers I met. After he passed, they told me how pleasant he was to care for. This gave me great comfort. Thank you to all those who had a part in his life.

Can't fault the carers, they're very lovely and brilliant. What I like about them is that they help me, and we have a laugh when they come.

Doves care agency were great to deal with from start to finish. Two members of staff in particular were excellent with my Dad and nothing was too much trouble, my Dad particularly enjoyed his chats with one staff member, I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

The experience I have had with Doves Care has been excellent, and the staff are really good, trustworthy and kind. They have a very genuine and healthy relationship with my son, and I am 100 % happy with the services provided.

We are pleased with the care given by Dove care. The staff are courteous and caring, and they ring us if there is a problem with arrival time. The office is accommodating if any carer times have to be cancelled. We are kept up to date by a newsletter on what the company is doing and how they are moving forward.

We have been with Doves Care Agency for around 18 months and are very happy with all aspects of care provided. All staff are always kind, friendly, caring and patient and we are kept updated after every session. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Doves Care, we are very grateful for the service they provide.
