The compassion and professionalism of the team was excellent. My grandmother was well looked after. At the beginning she was hesitant of having carers but once the care started she changed and looked forward to having the care visits. I would recommend Doves Care any day. The peace of mind we had was

After using a well known care company my mother and I found that the standards of care from both carers and management was very poor, the communication was so bad that it left my mother needing hospital care.
I was looking for a reputable care company to look after my mother post hospital, the care
providers I came across did not offer the level of care and patience my mother needed. After being recommended to Doves care from a friend I contacted them, I spoke with the manager who gave me so much reassurance and guidance that I booked an appointment for her to visit my mother
The assesment went so well that we started the care with Doves, the process was so smooth and the carers were introduced to my mother, she has had the same consistent carers ever since they are all so very kind and always inform me if they have any concerns.
The management team are always available and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Carers are coming and going, always treated me with dignity, and always willing to spent time with me and they are willing to communicate with me, and understand when I need my spice, keeping timetables depending on how the previous client goes time wise, which is sometimes frustration but understandable.
Sometimes we have misunderstanding but would still look for a way to fix it together.

Doves Care Agency looked after my brother for well over two years. He had complex needs, but their care, as far as I was aware, was excellent. I felt a genuine warmth from the Doves carers I met. After he passed, they told me how pleasant he was to care for. This gave me great comfort. Thank you

Doves care agency were great to deal with from start to finish. Two members of staff in particular were excellent with my Dad and nothing was too much trouble, my Dad particularly enjoyed his chats with one staff member, I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We are pleased with the care given by Dove care. The staff are courteous and caring, and they ring us if there is a problem with arrival time. The office is accommodating if any carer times have to be cancelled. We are kept up to date by a newsletter on what the company is doing and how they are moving
