My parents were both diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia and whilst it was a shock I needed to provide the right care for them ASAP. I didn’t want them going in a care home knowing for them it wasn’t the best place. Mum passed away in August not receiving the care I would have liked. After
three other care agencies I changed to Senescence. They provide excellent care for my dad. Knowing the carers actually care is uplifting, taking a lot of pressure off me and giving me peace of mind.
A friendly face, a smile goes along way. As well as the personal care they provide I cannot fault Senescence carers and management.

Our experience with using Senescence Care is positive.
They have always made us feel as though my husband's care is very important to them.
He has always been treated with dignity and respect.
They are flexible and always happy to meet our changing needs.
An excellent service that I would recommend
to anyone needing care services.

Excellent care given for our dad during his stay at home in between the hospice, nothing was to much trouble, the staff were friendly and very professional which made such a difference to us at such a difficult time.
The staff gave you great support and always involved you at all aspects of dad's care.
Dad was a very independent gentleman and the Manager and the staff gave dad the utmost respect at all times.

The care and support given by the Manager and his team for my Dad gave us precious time to spend with him at home. All the team are so kind and helpful, supporting myself and Mum as well as Dad. We wanted Dad to be at home for his final days which was much shorter than we had hoped for, but their compassion,
advice and how they involved Dad in the conversations we had, made his and our lives much easier and was very comforting. Thank you so much for leaving me with some treasured memories.

Our family found Senescence Care extremely friendly, polite and professional. My mum got on well with them and that was vital to her well-being. They were respectful at all times and went above and beyond their duties. We also felt looked after, as her family members, by them all. All staff had allocated
times to visit, but they stayed longer when necessary and never looked at the time. They kept their manager informed on all occasions, who is also a very hands-on person and kept in touch at all times with us. We would have struggled without them and we are glad for them being there for mum as we trusted them, in all aspects of our mum's home. We would most definitely recommend them to anyone for their compassion, empathy and professional care.
