We also thank you for your kind words about our client services team. I will be sure to share your kind words and feedback with the rest of the team. Best wishes
The Good Care Group have been excellent, the initial assessments, allocation of suitable carers, setting up contracts, and payments were very streamlined and quick. Our carers have been absolutely amazing, such lovely people, caring, and treating my mother with dignity and patience. I cannot fault them in any way. They continue to improve my mum's wellbeing and stimulation and are very conscientious with regards to anything that needs tweaking as far as Mum's health is concerned. Would recommend to others. A+++
All the best.
The care provided allows my mother to live comfortably, safely and securely in her own home after a long spell in hospital.
All the best.
We have been very happy with the care provided by the carer. She cares for my father exceptionally well and always seeks opportunities to improve his life, such as by finding films, books or games for him, cooking his favourite food or taking him out when possible.
With very best wishes,
Care manager.
The care Mum has received this month and previously is very good. The manager is excellent and very approachable and we have an excellent relationship too. However, we have noticed within the last year that the carers are having to be guided, by my mother, to complete day-to-day tasks. Fortunately, my mother has capacity to do this but she does get anxious. Also, the cooking that the carers do now, not many of the carers appear to cook food like good old mince and tatties. Finally, Mum likes using her iPad and phone and the carers do not seem well-versed in using it.
Thanks,
Regional Manager, Scotland.
Diligent, hard workers.
All the best,
Sherri

My father is much happier now, his well being is ensured. Also the house is well looked after.
Communication via the portal is very helpful, we are confident any issues can be and are raised so they can be dealt with appropriately.
All the best.
