The company provided overnight care for my father for over a year, from the beginning they were outstanding and professional in organising everything to do with dad's care and even liaising in part on our behalf with Social Services and nurses with the more complicated matters we knew nothing about.
Staff and calls were always on time and dad never had anything but good things to say about his carers.
Dad passed away in the new year, however, he did so in his own home, that's something we all wanted for him and it wouldn't have been possible without the support given by Access Your Care.
We highly recommend this company to anyone and once again we want to extend our gratitude to the team.
The care and support they have provided for my grandfather is outstanding. They are compassionate and caring. Their professionalism is fantastic - they are knowledgeable and help him access support and equipment he requires. He is happy at home in the knowledge they will be there to support him. The care I have had has been good altogether.
They come in pairs and treat my husband with great kindness and sensitivity and they are helpful and considerate.
He can be moody and difficult but they can usually make him smile and ensure that he is comfortable.
