I can find nothing at all to criticise these people - management and staff are near perfect!

Highly recommended, always efficient and supportive. A very caring service.

I am happy with the service provided, but I cannot compare it with any other provider of similar services.

Also if I could have a man occasionally to give my husband a thorough wash in parts he wouldn't like a young lady to do.

My husband and I are ever so grateful and would not have been able to cope without their excellent cooperation.

Plus all the girls are as helpful as they can be, and if I should need anything else doing I just ask.

The care I receive from Access Your Care is excellent. I was very apprehensive to start with as I had never had to have help before, but they put me at ease as soon as they came in, and have done so ever since, they are just like family, helping me out. I look forward to them coming in and they are always cheerful. Thank you so much.

My husband has carers twice a day and I must say they are all so good and friendly. All so food and friendly. Also will always advise me if there are any concerns regarding my husband. I could not wish for anything better he wants to remain at home with carers helping out hope he can get his wish.

I am grateful to my carers for all their help and assistance. I could not live in my home without their help. I am satisfied with all the care I have.

Overall my experience has been very good and I am very grateful for all the help given to me.

Staff very good, friendly and helpful. The only issue is the erratic visit times.

Cheerful, friendly, efficient people come daily to do a limited/compartmentalised job of washing and creaming my husband's lower limbs which are now very much better. They also make the bed, tidied the room and bathroom. They were always too late to help him get up and dressed. He is now able to do that himself. Some staff inevitably were better than others, but all were good.

I have a shopper who comes regularly to me every Wednesday. I have a list ready and she knows what I need and like. She returns the shopping within the hour and puts it all away for me. I am very grateful for this service.

It has improved of late.

The care team cared for my father following surgery, they supported him to get back on his feet. He enjoyed their company. They did their job and made him independent again.
