We have nothing but praise for Belvoir Home Care. For the past five years, they have provided a highly professional, competent and reliable standard of care for my wife who is quadriplegic. They have been unfailingly generous and friendly and in many ways, have gone beyond the routine needs but provided many additional acts of kindness and support.

They provide an excellent level of care and made clear, positive progress with my mother-in-law despite her failing health. On the whole, I find the standard of care I receive is good. I changed from another agency as they were poor. Certain carers are excellent. They handle me well and with dignity. Their attention to detail is excellent. They are excellent carers.

My care team come in at 9.30 am each day full of cheer and full of energy even if I don't and care for me with anything I need. Which put my family at ease knowing I am being looked after.

My mother has dementia and wants to stay in her own home for as long as possible. Carers from Belvoir Home Care Ltd have been coming to her twice a day for a year now and I've been so grateful for the wonderful care and service they provide. I am able to keep track of the visits via a very useful app, which is updated twice a day. All the carers have been professional, friendly, hardworking and enable my mum to be safe and comfortable in her house. Without their help this would simply not be possible now. I would recommend Belvoir Home Care Ltd without hesitation to anyone who wants a friendly local service.

First of all I would like to thank everyone at Belvoir Home Care, for everything you have all done for my wife day after day, not only my wife but me as well, you always bring a smile to my face when I feel at a low point, and to the carer for the Valentine card chocolates and bear you got and told me this is from your wife, I think she would have got you this. She is always doing things to help and lift you up when you're not at your best. All of my wife's careers are fantastic lady's, if you need someone to help look after your loved ones this is the right places. I have been told today 17/03/21 that my wife has started end of life and to put into words how I am feeling I cannot do, but with the support and help from the carer and all Belvoir carers, we will get though it.

Enables me to stay in my own home with no worries. Nothing is too much trouble for the girls. I am very happy with the service.

I enjoyed the prompt, early morning visit to shower and dress me and then for a cup of tea or coffee and an exchange of views by all the various carers in the group. Their positive attitude and concern are appreciated. And the management's willingness to accommodate my occasional extra morning's duties are helpful.
