BJP Home Support has been caring for my Nana now for around 3 years, the service they deliver is outstanding the care and compassion of the carers is exceptional. Thank you to all the care staff that have and continue to provide care and support for my Nana and also a big thank you to the office staff.

Barry & Joan Parvin established BJP Home Support in 2009, having successfully and continuing to own and manage our sister care homes, Gracelands for 30 years & Belmont View for 10 years. We are confident that we provide care at home and an residential environment which is second to none within the local area.


BJP Home Support has a highly experienced care and management team working alongside staff within all departments, all of which are committed to providing the highest standard of personalised care.


We understand that organising care for a loved one can be daunting, but with our family run, caring team we can put you at ease that your friend or relative will be assisted in their needs with professionalism and empathy. Having been operating for 10 years this year and holding an 'OUTSTANDING' rating, we have lots of expert experience to support and guide you on this journey.

Hannah Parvin – Registered Manager & Director of Care


Hannah has worked in the Health and Social Care sector for over 10 years, starting as a carer.


Hannah joined the family organisation in 2017 as a social worker, to support and develop Gracelands Care Home.


Hannah has 5 years’ experience as a qualified adult social worker within Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council. Within this role, Safeguarding was a big responsibility, submitting alerts regularly as well as carrying out meetings as a qualified safeguarding investigator. Hannah is also a qualified Best Interest Assessor and completes Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLs) reports. These assessments are carried out for people who lack capacity in regards to care, treatment and accommodation.


As you will discover during your time with us, the management team and all the staff throughout each department are committed to providing the highest standard of personalised care.

Our Registered Manager Hayley Wells joined BJP Home Support in March 2023 and has made a great impact on the company.


Hayley manages the administration office team as well as the care team within the community. Hayley is passionate about ensuring the people we support get the very best care and attention.

Jonathan

Jonathan Smithson

Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2013

Jonathan started at BJP Home Support in 2013 as a Care Assistant he showed great enthusiasm and growth and progressed to Rota Coordinator where he gained a vast knowledge of the rota system along with the client's needs.


After working on the rota system Jonathan then became heavily involved with some of our clients with learning disabilities gaining experience and after completing his level 2 & 3 NVQ he was able to progress to Care Coordinator.


Jonathan then completed his degree in Business Management and then became Deputy Manager. Jonathan has been able to build a rapport with a large number of clients giving them confidence to come to Jonathan with any issues so that they can be resolved.

Joe started with BJP Home Support in 2016 as a Care Assistant, Joe provided personalised home support service to Service Users living in the community assisting them with all aspects of daily living. Joe showed great enthusiasm to learn and progressed to Rota Coordinator.


Joe displays a welcoming attitude and good communication skills to our clients to retain their dignity and individuality. Joe maintains a positive, professional attitude at all times towards Service users, their families, colleagues and management.

Sasha started with BJP Home Support in 2023 after working in the health and social care industry for many years. Sasha has a great understanding of clients' needs and how we are able to meet these.
