We are more than happy with the care that my Dad receives from Blessings. The reassurance that others are able to care for our Dad, whilst we can then remain as his family, is a huge relief to us.
All the carers show dignity and respect and give their time to be some company and have chats with Dad.
He feels safe and secure with their visits and knows he is able to ask for extra support, to make his day easier, whenever he can. The carers are friendly and open with us as a family too.
The management team work with us on providing care for Dads needs through ongoing reviews and assessments, meaning we're able to adjust to his care plans as required.
