View Full Details of Blessings Healthcare Services LtdBlessing has provided a good service up to date. No major issues with them. Generally the carers arrive on time, for me that's a big thumbs up! When my wife came out of hospital with a chronic condition over a year ago, we had Adult Social Care provided for two weeks - it was dreadful. Missed calls. very late calls and East European ladies with little English and only a minimum of care provided.. We turned to Blessings as a local friend also uses them. , A world of a difference.' All the ladies who visit are most polite and cheerful and best of all provide an extremely good service. Most are from either African countries or Nepal and it is a pleasure for both my wife and I to talk with them. Blessings themselves are always flexible and helpful when we request a change in schedule. or need a hospital break. Being with this company for over a year it was the best choice we could make and proven correct. It is a pity that the Home Office have changed the rules regarding Overseas hiring of carers and certainly not for the better for any of the patient, the Carer or the employer.
My Mum is 91 and lives independently has been a user of Blessings for several years now. The carers visit twice a day to assist her with a couple of tasks. They have been reliable and helpful and have treated my Mum with kindness & understanding.
We are more than happy with the care that my Dad receives from Blessings. The reassurance that others are able to care for our Dad, whilst we can then remain as his family, is a huge relief to us. All the carers show dignity and respect and give their time to be some company and have chats with Dad. He feels safe and secure with their visits and knows he is able to ask for extra support, to make his day easier, whenever he can. The carers are friendly and open with us as a family too. The management team work with us on providing care for Dads needs through ongoing reviews and assessments, meaning we're able to adjust to his care plans as required.
