After becoming more frail, my elderly Mum engaged the services of Bluebird Care as she wanted to remain in her own home for as long as possible. All the carers have been wonderful with Mum and have looked after her very well. After initially being quite nervous about 'strangers' in her home, she became very friendly with her carers and looked forward to their daily chats and laughter. My brother and I were always reassured that Bluebird Care would note any changes in her health and mental well-being and take the appropriate action to keep her safe and well. Mum is now in a Nursing Home as her mobility has further declined but, at the age of 94, Bluebird Care enabled her to retain most of her independence in her own home. I would highly recommend Bluebird Care Worcester and Wychavon to anyone looking for expert care for their loved ones.

Used Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon from February 2022 until November 2023 for my widowed mother, living alone with Alzheimer's. Overall, the service was impeccable; everyone was fantastic from the first enquiry right up until the day we moved Mom into residential care. Nothing was ever too much, as expected, we encountered a couple of bumps along the way, and these were ironed out immediately and professionally. Would easily recommend it to anyone who needs in-house help or companionship. Keep up the good work.

Right from my first contact with Bluebird, I was very impressed with the understanding of what I needed. I was impressed by the compassion, knowledge and ability to respond very quickly. The team that I dealt with were excellent; they arrived when they said they would, and I always knew which member of the team was going to arrive, and if there were any delays, I knew exactly the reason why and for how long. I’ve got to know each member of the team, and perhaps more importantly, they got to know me and my requirements, and of course, my personality. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Bluebird to others.

Bluebird has provided care for my parents for the last couple of years. Their service and attention to detail are excellent and their ability to deal with difficult and stubborn oldies was remarkable. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The Bluebird Care team are very caring, always cheerful, efficient and professional. Their support has been excellent, including times when we have requested extra help at short notice. They have certainly reduced the strain on me and the rest of my mum's family, knowing she is in good hands when we aren't there.

My mother is absolutely delighted with the care she receives from the Bluebird team. She enjoys their visits and appreciates the help they give her in taking her medication and getting ready for bed. The carers are always professional and reliable; they are kind, caring people who arrive on time and stay for the allotted time. If there are any concerns about Mum's health, they are quick to contact me. All tasks on the agreed list are carried out to our satisfaction. The service may not be the cheapest, but it is very good indeed.

Mum would not have been able to stay in her home as long as she did, had Bluebird not taken care of her for the past four years. It gave the family great peace of mind knowing that she was in good hands and their visits gave Mum something to look forward to, in an otherwise long, lonely day. Bluebird was very supportive to the whole family in one way or another, for which we shall always be grateful. All the girls were very kind and helpful and, in some cases, went over and above what was expected of them.

I wanted to thank Bluebird Care and all their team for helping me and my family and mostly my mum go through the last few weeks and months of her life. Your team always cheered Mum up, you helped with her needs in a very friendly manner and just got on with the job in a very professional way. Your team and staff were also very helpful and supportive to our family, I will always remember this. I will always thoroughly recommend you to anyone who finds themselves in the same unfortunate position. Thank you very much Bluebird Care (Worcester & Wychavon).

I had never used a care agency before and so didn’t know what to expect. Bluebird care have provided the kindest most professional service I could have asked for. They adapt to the changing needs of my mum and have been especially supportive during the recent loss of her husband. The standard of personal care is very high and the carers are very observant, on one occasion alerting me to a possible infection that was caught and treated very early on. The care plan is regularly updated and the company are very responsive to any queries or changes. I can honestly say that the strong and compassionate ethos of the company is reflected by every member of staff from carers, admin staff and management. I also feel well looked after by them as the daughter of the client, and feel as if time and effort has been given to understand and work with the whole family. I would highly recommend this care company.

Bluebird 24 hour live-in care has been life-changing for my elderly parents. It has enabled them to continue to live together in the familiarity of their own home. The carers are kind and respectful, encouraging both parents to remain as independent as possible, beautifully described as “keeping them company” rather than caring for them. All the carers have brought positive energy and laughter to the home and are fully supported by the Bluebird coordinators and managers. Bluebird has gone the extra mile to communicate with me via Zoom as I live overseas, which was extremely reassuring during Covid restrictions. A recent visit home confirmed that my parents are supported by some very special people.

I find Bluebird really first class in delivering exactly the service we needed for my 97-year-old Dad. All the ladies are polite and attentive and on the occasions when he has had a little crisis they’ve gone above and beyond in terms of staying longer and doing far more than is in the care plan to make sure he’s ok until we can get there. My Dad is very happy with the service and had built up a good relationship with all the regular carers. I honestly don’t know what we’d do without Bluebird. Thank you.

Bluebird provided care in the home for my quite seriously disabled husband from October 2021 to February 2022, when he was admitted to hospital. We found the initial set-up meetings very thorough and professional, all aspects of the care to be provided and costs clearly explained. All members of the Bluebird team we met were helpful and available at all times. The carers were just that - caring and very efficient, very willing to engage, friendly and responsive. We were never left without a carer, all were punctual and very willing to do whatever was asked of them and completely trustworthy. I would unhesitatingly recommend Bluebird to anyone needing help in the home.

My wife started using Bluebird Home Care when she came home from Hospital in November 2021 and she died a few days before Christmas. During that period we had Bluebird Care morning and evening. We did not always have the same carers but that did not seem to matter although my wife did have her favourites - they were all very good and some were quite outstanding. Towards the end, my wife was sometimes not too easy to handle but that did not affect their attitude - if anything, they became even more caring. Their professional and committed approach not only helped my wife but also made the awful experience just a little easier for me to bear.

I found the Bluebird staff to be friendly, thorough, efficient and very reliable. A carer always attended even when one of the carers had a car accident, another attended in her stead. They checked her medication to ensure she always had the correct dose and that it was given as prescribed. Mum was content with her care which in turn meant I was at ease at leaving her at home as I had confidence in the service they provided. I would definitely recommend Bluebird.
