Absolutely brilliant always reliable and really helpful couldn't have looked after mum without their support thankyou all so much mum looked forward to them coming to the point where in her confused state in hospital she still imagined two of her favourite carers came to watch over her so she could sleep safe xx

I've always found them to be extremely helpful, friendly and encouraging. Very reliable. If they say a time of arrival, they are always punctual or very close to the time given (traffic allowing). They maintain very high standards of service which is delivered in a friendly but professional manner. I feel comfortable and safe when they are attending to me. Thank you.

My mum had Caring Forever and they were just the best, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. My mum loved all the girls that came to see her. They treated her with dignity and respect and that’s all she ever wanted. They worked so hard but still had time to sit with her and just chat and, as a family member, that put our minds at ease knowing she looked forward to seeing them. We thought so highly of the girls that work there. They kept Mum laughing until the end and that's all we could ever ask for. So from me, my brother and sister, we would just like to thank all the girls that went above and beyond and they should all get a pay rise. Thanks once again.

Visits are punctual and we are notified beforehand if changes are necessary.

My mum was struggling to transfer from her chair to wheelchair and also getting in and out of bed. Caring Forever got the occupational therapy team round to see her and sorted a standing turning frame to help her with the situation, also suggesting that a lower mattress and a pillow riser would help with getting her in and out of bed which has made life so much easier.

Carers are always on time to help me get up in the morning and get into bed at night. They help me with a friendly laugh and a joke. I am pleased with the care they give me.

The professionalism, care, concern and dedication of Caring Forever Ltd and their management team is outstanding. They have taken over the care of my elderly mother who has advanced dementia, enabling her to remain in her own home where she is comfortable in her own familiar surroundings. It is obvious that the carers themselves feel happy and supported by this family owned company and their patience, genuine concern and gentle encouragement, whilst preserving her dignity when helping my mum is second to none. Having had experience of another agency for some years who’s carers, for the most part were good, but the management lacked control and leadership, I cannot stress too highly the importance of this being a major factor in the continuing care of a vulnerable person. Caring Forever Ltd have been responsible for easing my own stress and have organised liaison with outside agencies such as social services, an occupational therapist and a GP, after consultation with me, keeping me up to date with progresses made.

Caring Forever have been providing care for my elderly father for a little over a year. They have proved to be very reliable, caring and flexible. They have not only enabled my father to carry on living independently, but also provided peace of mind for our family and would certainly recommend the care director and her team.

I have used the care provider on behalf of my wife for several years. When I have had queries they have been responded to quickly and efficiently. As my wife's care needs have progressed the amount of care has increased. The carers are now all known to my wife which is very helpful as she finds it difficult to adjust to people that she does not know. The care provided is very good (it involves washing and dressing) and if the carers have any concerns they immediately let me know. If new carers are introduced it is always done with a carer well known to my wife. I am confident, for the reasons set out above, that if I had any serious concerns they would be dealt with promptly and efficiently.

After mum had to go into residential care dad was on his own in their bungalow for the first time in 70 years together. His carers come in 4 times. He enjoys seeing them and is grateful that the service allows him to remain in his own home. They are always punctual, polite, kind and very efficient. As well as providing material care they also chat and provide company. The company have been responsive and reacted very quickly when we had to change plans on a number of occasions. The online system is excellent and allows me to see how dad is after every visit.

Management always keeps us updated which is very important, and are always at the end of the phone if we need them.
