Overall Experience

I find Bright Care's service to be very person centered. While this term is often used, I found that they truly focused on the person as a whole. It's never about the task but how my dad is feeling. The longer visits were what initially attracted us, and the setup process with the branch manager was easy and stress-free. They offer carers in small teams who are consistent and reliable. Thank you.

Overall Experience

10/10. BrightCare finds carers who have similar interests to the user and who have good training on how to care for conditions like dementia. Carers do activities like baking, flower arranging, visits to relatives and cafes; as well as planning out food shopping and other extras. They go above and beyond to make my mum happy.
