An exceptional service and care. Efficient and effective communication. Carers are very good and willing to help, whatever the tasks. As a family, it is very difficult to find good carers, we consider ourselves very lucky to have found a company that listens and acts when needed. Highly recommended.

Mum's care is excellent, the carers are all pleasant, kind and wash, change, cream up when and where necessary. Treat Mum with great care and dignity and passion, we have no complaints with all that she has done. Would definitely recommend Bosworth Homecare to any person who needs care.

We have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Bosworth Homecare. The administrators have been efficient, supportive and understanding and the carers have been kind, helpful and sympathetic towards my 92 year old mother. It has been a godsend for me when I am away from home: I feel reassured that my mother is getting the very best care. Thank you!

Very friendly, nearly always on time, will take time asking if anything is needed or any jobs they could do! Smartly dressed, clean and tidy. Always have time to spend 5 or 10 mins to have a talk, to ask how they feel etc.

Overall Experience
My mum and I are both happy with the service received. Generally it is the same lead carer who has built a strong rapport with her. Her care has recently increased to 4 times a a day and the staff are always friendly and caring.
Occasionally the timing of visits vary for up to an hour either way, and occasionally lights are left switched on, but these are very rare occasions.
Bosworth Homecare can be easily contacted and changes to care required are actioned immediately.

Thank you to all the team, and I would thoroughly recommend Bosworth to anyone considering home care.

Service could be better, communication could be better, i.e. when the carer is going to be late or the carer has changed.

Carers keeping to the time, not cutting the clients' time in half so they can make time up so that they finish on time, I could go on.

A caring, professional service. Nothing is too much trouble from the carers who visit my mum, twice weekly. We have been very happy with Bosworth Homecare over the last three years and would highly recommend them. The six monthly reviews have always provided a good opportunity to go through the care plan and make any necessary adjustments.

I can’t fault the care that Bosworth Care provide for my father-in-law. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Nothing is too much trouble. They are easy to communicate with & any concerns are actioned straight away.
The new app is great too, making it easy to see how the day has been & if anything is needed.

I can’t thank them enough for all that they do, we really would be lost without them.

Overall Experience

Many of the carers do the job well but 25% of them need more training on what is expected of them. Making sure doors are locked, charging the radio, and checking fridge and freezer doors are shut properly. Not putting kitchen roll in washer and listening to the client when I talk and not ignoring me.

Amazing care providers who give a high-quality excellent service as standard. My mum developed a destructive psychosis that became increasingly difficult to deal with, and whilst we accepted the psychiatrist's advice to keep her in her own home, actually finding help to achieve this objective became a lonely and disheartening task. Eventually, after some traumatic experiences with various providers, I received professional guidance that introduced me to Givecare in Burton, who calmly took on a difficult task with the highest degree of sensitive professionalism and restored a sense of compassionate stability to the situation. The special strength of Givecare is the values that a family business brings, as opposed to those of corporate providers, whose main preoccupation is often about charges rather than the welfare of the person involved. I can only commend wholeheartedly, the inherent helpfulness and consistent reliability of their approach in making a dreadful situation more bearable.

I started with Bosworth Homecare back in 2000 and have done lots of different roles within the company, including Care Assistant, Senior, Line Manager, Quality Assurance, and now I am the Branch Manager for the Swadlincote branch, and I love it!
