My experience was a punctual, reliable, friendly service. All carers were empathetic and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to others.

The carers for my dad visited 4 times a day at my home. They were very friendly and caring, not just to my dad but also to me. If I needed to get in touch with the office, there was always a friendly helpful person to talk to. I did not feel my home was invaded by strangers, they always introduced themselves, and the same carers came for a few days, before there was a changeover, so I felt I could get to know them a little. I felt my dad had excellent care and was treated with the dignity he deserved.

The care my Dad is receiving is very good. All carers always have a smile on their face. I have only met a few as I do work and Dad lives alone. Nothing is too much trouble and if there are any problems I can call the office, where the staff are very helpful. Also, I always get a call back with reassurance.

The carers are very good and attentive, nothing is too much trouble, they are very kind and caring, they attend to all my needs and are very professional. I like the fact that it is usually the same carers all the time and they are very friendly.
