From beginning to end the experience has been nothing but professional. The care my mother has Received has been tailored to her needs, Consistent and mum simply loves her carer's.
The communication between the office and family is amazing and nothing is too small.
We cannot thank Care Just 4U enough
for looking after mum and Supporting the family during a very stressful time.

My mother had the carers for many months as a family we were always satisfied with them and I know my mum liked the carers that came to her. The looked after her very well and always made sure she had her medication they kept her room tidy and made sure she was ok before they left.

We have been using Care Just 4U for over 3 months now for my mother. All of the carers are great and now getting used to mum and her to them. It is great when she gets the same carer and she looks forward to seeing them.


On a personal note, I know that mum is getting the best care and the staff

in the office are very professional and prompt when requests are made.


Wish we had found this company earlier. Keep up the excellent work.

All the carers treated my Father with care, kindness & respect. They greeted him by name, chatted to him and made him feel comfortable especially whilst helping him with intimate care.
Management were always at the end of a phone call or text message and able to reschedule if need be.
Continuity
of care was good and there were a regular group of carers who attended on a daily basis.

Lovely to deal (especially one staff member ) with and take on board any special requests or last-minute changes!
One of the carers in particular is the best and my mum's favourite. We hope to get her on her every visit! We also asked for the carer to use a translator as Mum's English is very poor.
I think this is helping as Mum feels isolated enough as it is and language and communication are a problem.
Thanks to all the staff at Carejust4u and the hardworking carers!

Today my carer provided me with excellent service as usual. He is always very professional and polite and always on time and he constantly reminds me every day to take my medication and cooks a delicious meal for me everyday. My carer also is very friendly and makes me feel relaxed and at ease and has
helped me improve my mental health which makes me proud to have recovered from being depressed everyday and now my kids say I'm happy.

Care Just 4U were very kind to my mum. The carers were always happy and cheerful. The made mum as comfortable as they could.
Also, the staff in the office were very on the ball when it came to my mum's medication.

Care Just 4U provided first-class professional and compassionate care for my elderly mother. They visited her four times a day and stayed with her overnight when necessary. They ensured all her personal and medical needs were met. They treated her with respect and dignity at all times and always kept
me informed as to how she was feeling and doing. They worked well with the local health services (GP, District Nurses, Hospital, Hospice, Pharmacy) which were greatly reassuring and meant my mother received all-around joined-up care. Her Care Just 4U carers became her friends, which gave her companionship as well as care, which is a testament to their dedication and kindness. Truly grateful to them.

The carers are friendly, professional and adaptable. They go out of their way to provide the care that my husband needs. Nothing is ever too much effort for them, and all care is provided to a high standard. The carers look out for and report any physical issues that arise, which is very helpful, enabling

For the first time ever I got in care to look after my mum whilst I was away on holiday for ten days. The care my mum received from the two carers was excellent. My mum is disabled, in a wheelchair and profoundly deaf with partial sight and she was treated with care and gentleness (her words) and they
were very helpful to what she needed doing. I’ve worked in the care sector myself so I know how hard and rewarding visiting a client can be so thank you for taking good care of my mum.
