There are always alot of negative reports about care givers, but with this company and our experience, this is not case.

Carers would also try to support me when l supposed they sensed l was feeling down and depressed

Service is very good, carers friendly and always helpful and mostly on time. Good communication with family.

The service I have had is wonderful. The cares are always very helpful to me, polite, willing, respectful, are of quite cheerful dispositions. The carers are willing to do anything asked of them, sometimes going over and above. I have been with care Just 4U for eight years now some of them coming to me for the whole length of time. They are more than just carers and have become my friends and trusted companions.

The carer is supremely efficient and gentle. We wash thoroughly and dress carefully. Breakfast is lovely. He does lots of extras, such as emptying waste paper baskets, fetching bottle of water, all necessary because I cannot walk.

We have used Care Just 4U for the last few years for my nan Beryl. From the very beginning the staff have been so kind, friendly, patient and professional with nan. She used to love them coming in and chatting to her and telling them all her stories from the past and it really did give her piece of mind that someone else was popping in daily in-between family members being there. I would highly recommend their service to anyone. My nan was 98 when she recently passed and due to their fantastic care, nan was able to remain independent in her own home until 2 weeks before she passed away, which was her greatest wish. This is a wonderful agency which employs staff who really care about the dignity and comfort of the people they look after. I highly recommend Ife, the manager, and her lovely team. They were very supportive towards us as a family during my father's end of life illness.

Care Just 4 U supported my partner at home during the last month of his life, and we could not have asked for kinder, more compassionate or more responsive care. As his needs changed rapidly, they adapted from two visits a day to four and, in his final days, overnight care. They were flexible, sometimes staying longer when needed, and always let me know if they were running late, which was invaluable for planning.

The manager was exceptional - compassionate, approachable and highly responsive, even finding skilled overnight carers at extremely short notice. The carers treated my partner with warmth, dignity and respect, worked very well with the hospice services, and supported me as well as him.

Their skill, flexibility and kindness helped make it possible for my partner to remain at home and die there, as he wished. We will always be enormously grateful to the manager and the whole team. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We cannot thank Care Just 4U enough for looking after mum and Supporting the family during a very stressful time.

My mother had the carers for many months as a family we were always satisfied with them and I know my mum liked the carers that came to her. The looked after her very well and always made sure she had her medication they kept her room tidy and made sure she was ok before they left.

We have been using Care Just 4U for over 3 months now for my mother. All of the carers are great and now getting used to mum and her to them. It is great when she gets the same carer and she looks forward to seeing them.

On a personal note, I know that mum is getting the best care and the staff in the office are very professional and prompt when requests are made.

Wish we had found this company earlier. Keep up the excellent work.

Continuity of care was good and there were a regular group of carers who attended on a daily basis.

To date the service has been very good. On a personal level our carer is excellent, competent and very friendly and happy.

We had Care Just 4U for our mum who had a fall and broke her hip so they could help us with the care morning and evenings. The care my mum received was fantastic and we would like to thank each and everyone of your team and carers. They are all so caring and compassionate, warm and friendly and very professional. Thank you all so much.

Today my carer provided me with excellent service as usual. He is always very professional and polite and always on time and he constantly reminds me every day to take my medication and cooks a delicious meal for me everyday. My carer also is very friendly and makes me feel relaxed and at ease and has helped me improve my mental health which makes me proud to have recovered from being depressed everyday and now my kids say I'm happy.
