We had a difficult situation with my mum, the common story of Dementia and how it has a huge impact on family and friends. Close family become carers and you the parent link because everything takes over, lucky for us we found Braeburn and their team of very kind and understanding team. Katie & Micheala
provided the best support that we needed and we certainly felt they went over and above the service we were paying for, they even arranged for someone to visit mum in hospital to help with continuity of support to mum with familiarity of carer.
Their carers that helped mum were all very kind and understanding, Braeburn ticked all of the boxes that we were looking for, reliability, trust, guidance, patience, service, cost and situation understanding.
We would highly recommend them and if our unfortunate situation were to change and mum returns to her own home Braeburn would definitely be our first call.

Absolutely smashing care company. Everyone is friendly and they are always on time. Interaction with office and management is dealt with swiftly and with understanding.
They go above and beyond to assist with mums care and are supportive with other family members and take time to interact with mum,
listen to her wishes and concerns and are so patient. They are always able to assist with any changes to the care package, are adaptable and do everything they can to help to make this difficult situation a little easier in the family. I would highly recommend them

My 95-year-old aunt has been cared for by Braeburn Care for over a year and their professionalism, kindness and compassion are outstanding. Despite her dementia and strong independence, the carers treat her with patience and love, keeping her safe, tidy and well cared for. They encourage her to eat,
take medication, and join activities like nail painting, while also caring for her cat and home. When she recently fell and fractured her pelvis, they stayed with her until the ambulance arrived, secured her home and now visit her in hospital daily with treats, clean clothes, and reassurance. Their communication and updates give me peace of mind. I'm so grateful Braeburn Care was recommended to me and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking dedicated, professional, and genuinely caring support for a loved one.

Having respite care when caring for a family member with Alzheimer's dementia is one of the most important things when the role is 24/7 Braeburn Care have facilitated the respite care for my mom with no hassle and being totally professional and understanding throughout the whole process our carer is
incredibly helpful and patient offering care and support during my time off. They have been "lifesavers" for me and have made our first experience with the care at home sector very easy.

Braeburn provided much-needed respite care for some days when I was working in London. The carer was so lovely with my mum and mum felt safe and so cared for during the time she was here. Braeburn were so careful to go through every detail of all the things my mum required before I left, and it was

The manager took my initial call and was very helpful. We arranged suitable care visits, and the carer is now coming to visit Mum & take her out on a regular basis. They have a great relationship and Mum looks forward to her weekly visits. It's also a great help for me!

The cleaner was hardworking, pleasant, friendly and reliable. She was a joy to have around and a credit to Braeburn Care.
We only have her for three months, free of charge, as I was struggling with all the caring duties.

I contacted Braeburn Care after my mother's sight became too impaired for her to safely live alone. Cooking and other routine activities had become impossible and/or dangerous. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism, patience, courtesy and cheerfulness of all the staff members I met and
had no concerns about leaving my mother in their duty of care.
As I live overseas and obviously have no ability to check in on my mother quickly, then it was critical that all her needs were being met and her own happiness and independence were being maintained and I'm very happy to say that Braeburn is fully meeting those requirements. They are an excellent group of carers and are thoroughly recommended to anyone.

My mother lives alone, is elderly and has early onset dementia and Alzheimers. We are a close and loving family but cannot be with her all the time and this is where Braeburn comes in. The carers are lovely, truly care for my mother and most importantly spend time with her. The management team are
very easy to talk to and are extremely receptive to our requests and any concerns. I would recommend Braeburn to anyone who has an elderly relative who wants to remain independent in their home as long as possible.
