Braeburn Care (Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks & Crowborough)

The whole team at Braeburn have been incredible looking after my Dad and Mum. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. If you want a team who really care then please don't look any further than Katy, Michaela and the team at Braeburn.

They have gone above and beyond so many times and when my Dad's health deteriorated their support for him and my Mum was unbelievable. You hear so many stories about the caring sector but nothing could be further from the truth with Braeburn and their team of carers. Their personal empathetic approach with a good dose of humour thrown in has meant so much to us all as a family. We can't thank them enough. Wish I could give them 6 stars!!

My husband recently died, so I live alone and when I then broke my arm I was pretty helpless, but the staff at Braeburn quickly supplied me with carers to help with all the things I could no longer manage with only one hand. Without exception they are friendly and cheerful, and although the care they give me is often quite intimate ( e.g. washing and dressing me) I am able to relax in their capable hands and chat without embarrassment, which is important to me when I am used to total privacy in my home.I would recommend them unreservedly as I am sure they would give first class care in any situation.

Braeburn Care is a highly professional and compassionate company. This ethos runs throughout the whole team from office staff to carers. They give practical and caring support to clients and their families. This develops a sense of safety and security for everyone.

They go above and beyond to assist with mums care and are supportive with other family members and take time to interact with mum, listen to her wishes and concerns and are so patient. They are always able to assist with any changes to the care package, are adaptable and do everything they can to help to make this difficult situation a little easier in the family. I would highly recommend them

My 95-year-old aunt has been cared for by Braeburn Care for over a year and their professionalism, kindness and compassion are outstanding. Despite her dementia and strong independence, the carers treat her with patience and love, keeping her safe, tidy and well cared for. They encourage her to eat, take medication, and join activities like nail painting, while also caring for her cat and home. When she recently fell and fractured her pelvis, they stayed with her until the ambulance arrived, secured her home and now visit her in hospital daily with treats, clean clothes, and reassurance. Their communication and updates give me peace of mind. I'm so grateful Braeburn Care was recommended to me and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking dedicated, professional, and genuinely caring support for a loved one.

Braeburn Care have been amazing. They swiftly stepped in to care for my mother at short notice when she came home from hospital. They are highly professional, well organised, thoughtful and practical. My mother looks forward to her visits from her carers and I know they have everything in hand.

Having respite care when caring for a family member with Alzheimer's dementia is one of the most important things when the role is 24/7 Braeburn Care have facilitated the respite care for my mom with no hassle and being totally professional and understanding throughout the whole process our carer is incredibly helpful and patient offering care and support during my time off. They have been "lifesavers" for me and have made our first experience with the care at home sector very easy.

Braeburn provided much-needed respite care for some days when I was working in London. The carer was so lovely with my mum and mum felt safe and so cared for during the time she was here. Braeburn were so careful to go through every detail of all the things my mum required before I left, and it was invaluable for me to be able to get on with my work knowing my mum was in safe haves while I was away. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

The manager took my initial call and was very helpful. We arranged suitable care visits, and the carer is now coming to visit Mum & take her out on a regular basis. They have a great relationship and Mum looks forward to her weekly visits. It's also a great help for me!

The carer arrived on time & spent time chatting to hubby, he was pleased to have a night sitter making him feel safer as he's a double amputee. She was friendly & helpful. Hubby says they had a good rapport.

Firstly, I would take this opportunity for thank you and introducing my wife and I to our carer. Our carer is a very kind and professional young lady. Her time babysitting me was informative and a great pleasure. Our carer displays great understanding and empathy. She clearly will be a great asses to your company and would be welcome in our house at any time. Again, may I thank you as our carer's employees, who clearly nurture the best in people and can be supportive on their career path.

All staff present themselves with exemplary dress sense. All express gentle positive care showing initiative and willingness most reassuring and constructive to mental and physical well being to client in frail health. Management excellent. Time keeping excellent.

I have no problems with care staff and office. If I need extra help, they always help me. I enjoy seeing the carers.

As I live overseas and obviously have no ability to check in on my mother quickly, then it was critical that all her needs were being met and her own happiness and independence were being maintained and I'm very happy to say that Braeburn is fully meeting those requirements. They are an excellent group of carers and are thoroughly recommended to anyone.

My mother lives alone, is elderly and has early onset dementia and Alzheimers. We are a close and loving family but cannot be with her all the time and this is where Braeburn comes in. The carers are lovely, truly care for my mother and most importantly spend time with her. The management team are very easy to talk to and are extremely receptive to our requests and any concerns. I would recommend Braeburn to anyone who has an elderly relative who wants to remain independent in their home as long as possible.
