Overall Experience

My wife has had carers from this agency since January 2017 she is unable to communicate but understands everything said to her. The carers we have seen in the mornings a total of only 6 during the whole year have all treated her with patience, respect and have always spoken to her as they would with

anyone. The other care agencies we have used this is by far the best by a long way.
We have had only 2 occasions to make minor complaints both dealt with quickly and resolved to our complete satisfaction. A model company that should be copied by all others.

Overall Experience

My mother has stated that the care is overall satisfactory and that most of the carers are helpful and caring. Some are in a rush and are not so good, she tells me.
My mother is not happy that the rates have increased within her first year and the public holidays are now changed at double the rate.

Carers mostly turn up at scheduled times and some do help with extra chores if needed.
The company does try to accommodate requests.

Overall Experience

We have been using Caring Heart Carers Ltd for the last 6 months to help my mother-in-law. We have not used carers before but my loved one is now 88 years old and is quickly deteriorating with dementia. We have found all members of staff polite, helpful and very efficient. Initially, my loved one was

quite opposed to the idea of help but now she loves telling us who has been that week and what they've done and talked about. :) Thank goodness for wonderful carers.

Overall Experience

My 91year old dad is currently being looked after by Caring Hearts Carers.
We have been using this service for 15 months and have found every member of staff extremely helpful. They visit my dad 3 times a day and carry out jobs, such as helping him with personal hygiene, cooking and dishing up his

meals, assisting with getting into bed. They go the extra mile to accommodate this needs and nothing seems too much trouble.
They even moved his double bed downstairs for his comfort. They are friendly, reliable and punctual people who only want the best for their clients.
They even visited him when he was in the hospital in their own time.

Been using Caring Heart Carers Ltd for about 15 months now. They have always been brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Mum has really enjoyed having them as her carers. She is really going to miss them when she moves over to the carers in the accommodation where she has just moved into.

Overall Experience

Very efficient care staff, caring. They don't rush to get the job done, it is always performed professionally.
Carers always friendly and I don't feel embarrassed about having a shower, dressing or undressing for bed even though some staff are younger than me (I'm 25).

Overall Experience

Very understanding to my needs and very easily adopted to change with my health issues and recently amputation. The staff that are allocated to me are a breath of fresh air especially in the mornings. They certainly brighten up my day and prepare me for that day. Would not wish to lose them.
