Satisfactory - the times vary, but I understand this is unavoidable. All carer very pleasant.

I am very pleased and happy with the care provided for my husband by the carers. I rate it as excellent. Will recommend to others.

We have been using Fountain care for about a year now and we couldn't be happier with the service provided. We have had some experiences of not so good care providers but fountain care and all their carers are 1st class. They are kind, considerate and very polite. We would 100% recommend them.

They helped him gain confidence in social situations by encouraging him on short walks and he enjoyed teaching them how to play dominoes!

Your carers came in early June in 2024 to care for my personal care, daily in the morning. I was very weak after 6 weeks in hospital and a diagnosis of secondary breast cancer and bone cancer. Your carers were my lifeline during my recovery from a bed sore, which delayed my cancer treatment. I cannot thank them all enough for their care of my body's personal care and skincare. They were supportive of my mental health too, always a smile and a joke. Your care ensured that my husband did not have to do that task. All the carers were efficient in their tasks. I bonded with a couple carers in particular but everyone was superb. I cannot thank you all enough!

So thank you Fountain Care, mum and we are very very happy with the support you are giving mum inn this new arrangement.

Care Team very cheerful and pleasant. Very efficient and kept to the times allocated i.e. between 7 - 8 am. No hesitation in contacting them again if needed.

Dedicated carers visit 4 times daily. Best people ever. Caring over several months.

I do however, feel they can still improve the way they listen and act when l make a complaint as a service user. But overall, it has been and still is a wonderful company to be with.

4319 Fountain Care were absolutely fantastic. I do not have the words to describe the level of professionalism shown by everyone concerned. From office staff to carers, they allowed my father to pass away with dignity. True concern was shown in every aspect of my father’s condition. The level of care was such that we are convinced that several of the young operatives we saw in action will one day go on to careers in the highest echelons of medicine. Four staff members in particular cared for our dad with the same dedication that family members would.

Experience with other Fountain Care carers filling in was not to the same standard as the original four carers.

Overall, the care for my wife was very good and she was treated with kindness and respect. She hated the indignity of the personal care and as she had dementia, she didn't understand why it was needed. What I think could be improved was a clearer indication of what services I was paying for and I never signed or saw a contract. I was paying for two carers, but she would not accept personal care from a man, and some visits were only five minutes if she was sleeping.

I have been a client now for over one year and every morning when my carer arrives they are always smiling and greet you with a 'good morning', it makes my day! As I am not very good in the morning, nothing is too much trouble for my carers. All I can say is keep it up! You make my life worth living.

The service provided by Fountain Care was reliable. The standard provided was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The service they provided to my mum was good. Happy with service provided.

My husband and I used the services of Fountain Care for over a year. We found the carers most helpful and efficient, they were all cheerful about their duties and I was grateful and relieved to have their services every day, for which I thank them all very much.

4319 Fountain Care kept my mum going for the last six months of her life. She loved her carers, they made her laugh, made her feel special and I can never thank them enough. I can't recommend them enough, I don't know what we would have done without them, especially one staff member in particular.

Overall experience good, care staff good. Communication could be better with management, i.e. carer when staff on annual leave.

I loved all my carers. Always smiling and always ready to help. Made me feel at ease and were friendly and happy at all times.

The carers are always on time and look after me well. They make sure I take my medication and tell my family if I need some more. They also call my children if they think I need to see a doctor.

The carers have been very helpful and we appreciate their visits.
