4319 Fountain Care is a domiciliary care Agency located in Uxbridge town. The team provide regulated service "Personal care". The organisation is nurse led and known for providing excellent Domiciliary care services. The manager is very good, responsive and easily accessible 24 hours a day. They provide excellent service despite their competitive rates. They have highly trained staff to cover the whole of Hillingdon and Buckinghamshire for Domiciliary care and for live-in care they cover up to 200 miles away. They provide specialist services in Enteral feeding- PEG and Rig Feed and its management. They have and excellent reputation in management of clients on one to one care due to challenging behaviour secondary to Dementia. The staff have excellent communication skills. Beside English, they have staff who can communicate in Punjab and Hindi. They can assess clients within 2 hours of enquiry and the package of care can be started as soon as possible depending on the requirements.

Pleasant, professional Carers.
They looked after my husband with courtesy and respect especially for the last few months of his life when his bodily functions were failing.
They always remained cheerful and friendly towards him.
They helped him gain confidence in social situations by encouraging
him on short walks and he enjoyed teaching them how to play dominoes!

Your carers came in early June in 2024 to care for my personal care, daily in the morning. I was very weak after 6 weeks in hospital and a diagnosis of secondary breast cancer and bone cancer. Your carers were my lifeline during my recovery from a bed sore, which delayed my cancer treatment. I cannot
thank them all enough for their care of my body's personal care and skincare. They were supportive of my mental health too, always a smile and a joke. Your care ensured that my husband did not have to do that task. All the carers were efficient in their tasks. I bonded with a couple carers in particular but everyone was superb. I cannot thank you all enough!

Firstly a big thank you for Fountain Care stepping up at very short notice to provide 24x7 care for my mum.
The care by two carers has been excellent and we have had good proactive communication to and from the carers during this time .
Mum feels safer when they are there and we seem to be reaching
a good balance of breaks and
Trying for mum to remain having some self toileting responsibility , walking with confidence , communication with the carer and drinking sufficiently.
A couple of minor points ( not criticisms at all)
Mum enjoys the carers eating at the same time as her .
Would the carers please continue to offer and encourage mum to take up the chance to go for a walk outside, even though she often can't
be bothered.
Please keep the liquid intake up .
So thank you Fountain Care, mum and we are very very happy with the support you are giving mum inn this new arrangement.

A very good company, l have been with 4319 Fountain Care for 8 years now and I'm very happy with the service l receive from the carers and from the managers, they are all very professional. I have been living a fulfilled life, thanks to Fountain Care.
I do however, feel they can still improve the
way they listen and act when l make a complaint as a service user. But overall, it has been and still is a wonderful company to be with.

4319 Fountain Care were absolutely fantastic. I do not have the words to describe the level of professionalism shown by everyone concerned. From office staff to carers, they allowed my father to pass away with dignity. True concern was shown in every aspect of my father’s condition. The level of care
was such that we are convinced that several of the young operatives we saw in action will one day go on to careers in the highest echelons of medicine. Four staff members in particular cared for our dad with the same dedication that family members would.

I found the four carers appointed from Fountain Care for my father always took exceptional care of him. From the beginning, the main emphasis was on my father and his well-being. They remained at all times respectful, professional and understanding.
My father's well-being was at the core, the carers
always clearly followed medical instructions and any suggestions that I or other family members may have. In the same way, the carers from Fountain Care always provided their best assessment and suggestions to aid my father's recovery. In essence, worked hand in hand throughout my father's recovery.
I would go as far as saying the four carers have done more than their remit, ensuring that it was for the best of my father's recovery. This extension of the family has been beneficial to us and my father's confidence.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Fountain Care based on the four carers that we have regular contact with.
Experience with other Fountain Care carers filling in was not to the same standard as the original four carers.

Overall, the care for my wife was very good and she was treated with kindness and respect. She hated the indignity of the personal care and as she had dementia, she didn't understand why it was needed. What I think could be improved was a clearer indication of what services I was paying for and I never
signed or saw a contract. I was paying for two carers, but she would not accept personal care from a man, and some visits were only five minutes if she was sleeping.

I have been a client now for over one year and every morning when my carer arrives they are always smiling and greet you with a 'good morning', it makes my day! As I am not very good in the morning, nothing is too much trouble for my carers. All I can say is keep it up! You make my life worth living.

4319 Fountain Care kept my mum going for the last six months of her life. She loved her carers, they made her laugh, made her feel special and I can never thank them enough. I can't recommend them enough, I don't know what we would have done without them, especially one staff member in particular.

The carers are always on time and look after me well. They make sure I take my medication and tell my family if I need some more. They also call my children if they think I need to see a doctor.
