The organisation is nurse led and known for providing excellent Domiciliary care services. The manager is very good, responsive and easily accessible 24 hours a day. They provide excellent service despite their competitive rates. They have highly trained staff to cover the whole of Hillingdon and Buckinghamshire for Domiciliary care and for live-in care they cover up to 200 miles away. They provide specialist services in Enteral feeding- PEG and Rig Feed and its management. They have and excellent reputation in management of clients on one to one care due to challenging behaviour secondary to Dementia. The staff have excellent communication skills. Beside English, they have staff who can communicate in Punjab and Hindi. They can assess clients within 2 hours of enquiry and the package of care can be started as soon as possible depending on the requirements.

Great team, very caring. Have been very helpful. Gave us great support when Dad was discharged home from hospital and we have chosen to stay with them rather than the care team that we are local to. Support to us as well as good care to Dad. Dad feels very comfortable with them.

We started working with 4319 Fountain Care last year. During this time, the service level we have experienced has been to a high standard. They provide an award-winning, professional service. The team are always very smart in their uniforms and greet us every day with a genuine smile and warm greeting.
They are always prompt with timekeeping and very reliable. A very caring, kind and dedicated team of people, always attentive towards my mother's needs and requirements. Hygiene and cleanliness are a priority, leaving my mother happy and content. Overall, a highly recommended team and a pleasure to welcome into our home.

Myself and my son found the 4319 Fountain Care carers to be very polite and professional in their day-to-day dealings with us. Their punctuality is absolutely perfect and if any problems regarding times of visit will be affected, we are notified promptly by the office. We are very happy to have Fountain
Care as the company allocated to us. I always look forward to seeing their employees.

Overall, the staff try hard and supply a satisfactory service under conditions of having to travel some way to provide the service. Due to a lack of clients, our carers have to wait outside for two hours in the evening until it's time for our call. Sadly, we cannot have the call earlier. Otherwise,
all staff are polite and good-natured.

Thank you for your professionalism and kindness, each time I phoned the office and needed you.
I was most impressed by the high standards of nursing care shown by the same small team of carers that looked after my father in the final weeks of his life. The carers were gentle, respectful and cheerful
and nothing was too much trouble. They enabled me and my mother to nurse Dad at home and gave us the strength to get through until the end. I will always be grateful to them and would highly recommend the agency.

4319 Fountain Care, looked after my father from June to August 2022. Without exception, every carer who came through the door treated him with kindness, compassion and respect. The care provided was dependable, thoughtful and loving and there was also humour, which can be the best medicine. Without
their cheerful support and professionalism, Dad would have been unable to stay in his home. The support staff in the office were exceptional, going above and beyond to get Dad the care he needed. I wholeheartedly recommend 4319 Fountain Care to anyone looking for quality caregiving. Thank you.
