Great team, very caring. Have been very helpful. Gave us great support when Dad was discharged home from hospital and we have chosen to stay with them rather than the care team that we are local to. Support to us as well as good care to Dad. Dad feels very comfortable with them.

Myself and my son found the 4319 Fountain Care carers to be very polite and professional in their day-to-day dealings with us. Their punctuality is absolutely perfect and if any problems regarding times of visit will be affected, we are notified promptly by the office. We are very happy to have Fountain Care as the company allocated to us. I always look forward to seeing their employees.

Overall, the staff try hard and supply a satisfactory service under conditions of having to travel some way to provide the service. Due to a lack of clients, our carers have to wait outside for two hours in the evening until it's time for our call. Sadly, we cannot have the call earlier. Otherwise, all staff are polite and good-natured.

I was most impressed by the high standards of nursing care shown by the same small team of carers that looked after my father in the final weeks of his life. The carers were gentle, respectful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. They enabled me and my mother to nurse Dad at home and gave us the strength to get through until the end. I will always be grateful to them and would highly recommend the agency.

The care provided was dependable, thoughtful and loving and there was also humour, which can be the best medicine.
