Fantastic staff and support there all amazing at there job and the support they give to the families as well as the person there looking after all the start we’re very polite and respectful at all times

I have recently employed the services of TEHY care team on behalf of my elderly mother and sister who live together, and both of whom have very reduced mobility. Everyday tasks have become increasingly difficult and it was obvious that they were no longer able to live alone without assistance. I had anticipated this outcome but was filled with trepidation in finding a care agency that would fulfill the tasks that were required and deal with my mother and sister in a kindly manner. The Care Manager visited the family home to assess the care and attention that my mother and sister required. I was immediately struck by the respectfulness and interest that they showed, talking to them both individually to assess their needs. Having agreed on a care package, the team has visited daily since and has proven an absolute godsend. I have even added a couple of tasks into the original care package and nothing is too much trouble for them. Had I known the transition was this easy I'd done it earlier.

Just a short note to express my extreme thanks and gratitude for everything you did for my mum following her release from hospital. Obviously, I have never had to look after anyone disabled before.

When the agent came she gave me a list of absolutely everything I needed including clubs, equipment, allowances etc. She enlisted mum for various things like Falls Prevention etc.

She made a very difficult situation much easier and I know that she is at the end of the phone should I have any queries.

She has been very kind, informative, professional and compassionate. Once again my heartfelt thanks for a wonderful service.

Keep up the good work and would highly recommend their services to those looking for care for their loved one, as I know the care sector can be a bit of a minefield and a bit daunting at times but they make the whole transition so smooth and the carers end up being more like family.

We have recently employed the Services of Tehy Home Care Services to look after my elderly mother, and I am pleased beyond words to express my gratitude on how kind the staff have been to my mother, always on hand to help, be it with shopping, meals and as mum puts it , 'it has given me a new lease for life' and they really have.

Where do I start with what Tehy Home has done for our family. It became quite clear to my brother and I that dad would need a bit of help at home after his last admission to A&E. We did not arrive at this decision lightly as my dad enjoyed his independence and we didn't want this compromised. Bearing in mind my dad was of the older generation where being able to stand on your own two feet was so dear to them and thus our such for a local care company began. We visited their offices and from the start, we realized we were onto a winner the care manager gave us all the information required. Organised a free home care assessment and the rest, as they say, is history. The carers go above and beyond their duty of care dad has now regained his independence, takes regular walks with his carers as They House is a member of the Heart and Sole walking Group in Chelmsford he made new friends and we couldn't be happier for him and words cant express our gratitude towards all the staff at Tehy House. I would highly recommend.

When Mum got discharged from hospital after having a fall, it became clear that she would need a bit of support at home. As we live about 100 miles away we were apprehensive about leaving Mum all by herself. Tehy Home Care Services came highly recommended by one of my colleagues who'd used their services before. The attention to detail and the competency of the staff, I have to say, is second to none as Mum is quite happy with the care she's receiving and always cites she can't wait for her "girls" to come round as she now gets to get on with her life independently. She gets accompanied whilst she does her weekly shopping and I couldn't be happier for her. I would definitely recommend this fantastic company.
