- Personal support (assistance with toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Meal preparation (this can include cooking and assistance with eating and drinking)
- Medication assistance (help with prompting and administering medication)
- Light housekeeping (the care staff can help with laundry, ironing, changing bed linen, washing dishes, and other housekeeping tasks)
- Social inclusion (escort for shopping, appointments, visits to religious places of worship)
- Continuing care
- Dementia/Alzheimer's care
- Caring for adults with learning disabilities
- Caring for adults with physical disabilities

I got in touch with Helping Hands when my Mum needed assistance with day-to-day tasks, including preparing meals, and prompting of medication to enable her to continue living at home. They have been absolutely superb and I cannot recomend them highly enough.

I got in touch with Helping Hands when my Mum needed assistance with day-to-day tasks, including preparing meals, and prompting of medication to enable her to continue living at home. They have been absolutely superb and I cannot recomend them highly enough.
Setting up the care was quick and efficient. Mum was cared for mainly by Paramjit (who is excellent) and in a relatively short space of time she built up a really supportive and positive relationship with my Mum. I knew Mum was being cared for really well and that also took a weight off my mind and the rest of the family. We were kept really well informed if there was ever anything we needed to be told.

My mother has been looked after brilliantly and reliably by this company for eight years with a slow decline of dementia. May this year, she was ebbing away, nearly age 98 and treated with kindness, professionalism and standing with the family at this sad time.
