Setting up the care was quick and efficient. Mum was cared for mainly by Paramjit (who is excellent) and in a relatively short space of time she built up a really supportive and positive relationship with my Mum. I knew Mum was being cared for really well and that also took a weight off my mind and the rest of the family. We were kept really well informed if there was ever anything we needed to be told.

My dad always seems pleased with the service and enjoys the company of the staff. He says they always do what he asks them. Always show him respect. We have only just started using carers and I feel relaxed when I know they are helping me look after Dad.

Sara is based in the office and is responsible for creating care plans, risk assessments, etc. and can help with all care enquiries.
Bahareh is an experienced carer supporting people within our service for many years. She has a bubbly personality and builds a good rapport with people. Bahareh is also an office administrator helping Sara & Paramjit with the day-to-day admin tasks.
