I got in touch with Helping Hands when my Mum needed assistance with day-to-day tasks, including preparing meals, and prompting of medication to enable her to continue living at home. They have been absolutely superb and I cannot recomend them highly enough.
Setting up the care was quick and
efficient. Mum was cared for mainly by Paramjit (who is excellent) and in a relatively short space of time she built up a really supportive and positive relationship with my Mum. I knew Mum was being cared for really well and that also took a weight off my mind and the rest of the family. We were kept really well informed if there was ever anything we needed to be told.

24/7 are a friendly very well ran company, nothing was to much trouble in extra support when needed.
The careers that cared for my dad were all lovely, kind, considerate and efficient and my dad really liked all.

These carers go beyond expectations of their care, support and observations of what is needed to ensure my husband's needs are met and also allowing me to be completely comfortable when I'm not there! They are a lovely, friendly group of people who I now class as friends as well. Very thorough,
dedicated and reliable. They listen well and are approachable if we need to alter anything. Thanks.

My dad always seems pleased with the service and enjoys the company of the staff. He says they always do what he asks them. Always show him respect. We have only just started using carers and I feel relaxed when I know they are helping me look after Dad.

Service has been very satisfactory. Carers are good at their job. Timekeeping has been very good. I relate to the carers and the owners very well.

My mother has been looked after brilliantly and reliably by this company for eight years with a slow decline of dementia. May this year, she was ebbing away, nearly age 98 and treated with kindness, professionalism and standing with the family at this sad time.
