Overall Experience
All Care In One is a very professional, compassionate, and caring agency.
We used this caring agency for approximately 2 years and the care they provided for our relative was excellent we were very happy with the reliability, kindness, and personalized care that was given. As a family we also very much appreciated that they tried to always send the same carer/s where possible which helped our relative to be as settled as possible and built a good therapeutic relationship with both our relative and family members. They kept in regular contact by telephone where necessary, for example when our relative was admitted to hospital following a fall.

All Care In One have provided quality care throughout the time they cared for our relative and we can’t thank them enough. We would highly recommend this care agency.

Overall Experience

At first, my mother was really pleased with this company and the carers were caring and thoughtful and we as a family were happy too. But they gradually got worse during and before the lockdown, they turned up to see to my mother at different times when it was specified in her care plan the times that she required them to call. On the 4 calls to mum they had to stay about an hour in the morning to shower her and half an hour at the other times and each time they turned up they stayed approx 20 mins in the morning and about 10/15 mins on the lunch, tea and evening times. Each carer wrote in the logbook that they stayed 30 min to an hour on each visit which is not correct and very unprofessional. Before my mum changed companies one of the carers during lockdown sat in a car next to her friend not 2m apart which I thought put my mum at risk of Covid 19 so that's when mum and the family wanted to change companies. Mum is so happy with her new carers now.

Overall Experience

I can not praise this care agency enough. They are compassionate, caring and go above and beyond to deliver the best possible care. They are respectful, caring, and very hardworking. They endeavour to meet all care needs to the best of their abilities. We have used this care agency for the last 3.5 years and they have been extremely reliable throughout. They have facilitated continuity in care for my mother-in-law by rostering the same three carers. They have worked flexibly with my father-in-law and developed a great rapport with all the family. In the last few weeks, the covid pandemic has emerged and All Care in One have continued to deliver quality care, however, they have worn PPE to reduce risk of spreading. We are so grateful and thank you for all you do. You are just wonderful.
