Overall Experience

Clarence Care is very family friendly oriented, they always go above and beyond looking after me. I had a different care home ages ago and they kept letting me down, but Clarence Carers are always, on time, friendly, always take all my care needs respectfully and adhere to company standards. They always find time to have a chat and ask how I am, when they give me my medication they always double check my blister pack against what is on their records. The owner and the manager are very dedicated to all their clients and if I ever have a query, problem, question, they always get back to me and give the correct advice etc. They are the very best company by far and I am honoured to be a service user and would not go anywhere else. I very highly recommend Clarence Care to anyone who needs a first class 5 star company.

Overall Experience
Clarence Care supported my mum to continue to live independently at home over a 5 year period. The carers were genuinely kind and supportive and engaged with my mum really well. They lifted her spirits and brought light to her darker days.

I am forever grateful and thankful that the carers were there for my mum and me. They are a first class care service provider.

Overall Experience
After a number of falls, my mother was finding managing at home increasingly difficult, and the care package put in place after her last hospitalisation was too variable to be of value to her. We decided that the long term solution was moving into a care home; however, in-between times, we needed a care package that could keep my mother safe and functioning in her home.
We contacted Clarence Care, discussed in detail the requirements and came up with a package that worked really well. Using a local care service with staff who are focused on particular clients, who work to an agreed schedule and provide support with all sorts of important day-2-day activities (and in my mother's case, preparation for moving into a care home) was invaluable.
We found the service provided excellent, responsive and flexible enough to cater for what we needed throughout the period coming up to my mother's move.
