Natalia loves looking after people and helping people to live better lives. Natalia has worked in care for a number of years and is currently working towards the level 5 in the health & social care management qualification. Natalia started as a care worker quickly moving into a senior role. Currently Natalia manages the client base at Nestora, for both the Huddersfield and Halifax areas. Natalia ensures a smooth service for on-boarding new clients and will involve everyone (including family, social workers etc.) to set up personalised care plans. Natalia is very dedicated to her role and is passionate about providing the best care for people.
Becky is a valued member of the Nestora family. Becky currently over sees the field staff to ensure the highest quality of support is provided to our clients. You will see Becky out in the community carrying out staff spot checks and supporting new staff members. Furthermore Becky manages the training and recruitment systems. Becky is passionate about making a difference to peoples lives and is regarded as a very considerate and caring person.
