They have been providing care for my mother in law now for several months now. We have had a few issues but once we have flagged these up with management they have been resolved, dealt with in a professional and friendly manner.

The team of carers who have looked after Mum for 4 years have, in the main, been exceptional in their professionalism, friendliness, kindness and attentiveness to Mum's every need. It has been a difficult time for all concerned as Mum became more and more dependent on others. Some of the carers were
always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that all of her needs were met. We really appreciate the way they each tried their best to lift Mum's spirits with their cheerful greetings and thoughtfulness for - not only Mum's needs - but also for the needs of our family.
They looked after her so well that we felt they treated her like a member of their own family.
The office staff and managers were always swift to respond whenever any problems arose.
Our family would like to express our sincere thanks to all mum's carers and the team.

The carer has been so helpful to my uncle, who has received excellent care when he has occasionally had problems, in particular, his three carers and the girls in the office have gone the extra mile to support him. They have attended to his personal needs as well as providing company for a lonely man
with no local relatives. They are very understanding of his needs and also communicate well when there is an issue. They are prepared to go beyond what is really expected.

The care provider started providing teatime calls for my dad from June 2023. They took over from a previous company who weren't always reliable. They visit for an hour 7 days a week and although my dad lives in a more remote area and the weather can be extreme they have never let us down.
The staff
are always polite, patient and kind to my dad. They follow his routine, cook his choice of meals and help him with any tasks.
Whenever the family have needed to speak to someone, the managers are always available, they listen to whatever the problem/change and they always inform their carers. It's very reassuring and a comfort to know that the carers can be relied upon and that they listen and care about Dad.

The carers are really good and they look after my mum really well. Especially given her confidence to do more herself. This has helped Mum become more confident and happier in herself.

My father and mother both are service users. They are treated with love and respect by the carers. On occasions when I have felt an issue/issues have needed addressing, I have felt admin and management have been helpful and proactive. My parents are seen as a couple and cared for as a couple. Their
physical, emotional, psychological and cultural needs are fulfilled to a high standard. Thank you.

The care provider started helping us to look after Dad when he had a stroke a year ago. The care meant Dad could remain living at home and maintain some independence. Every single carer has been kind, patient and respectful of Dad's wishes. Over the past few months, Dad's needs have changed and he has
sadly been diagnosed with dementia. Everyone at this care provider has worked with us as a family to help Dad stay at home for as long as possible. On a practical note, the app provided with the service is brilliant, updated at every call and accessible by family, it meant we were always up to date with how Dad was, meals eaten etc. The office staff were fantastic, good communication and worked with us when the time came that Dad needed 24-hour care in a residential home. Fantastic service from people who genuinely care, many many thanks.

My mother was visited by the ladies from this care provider over several months. We found that they arrived on time, were friendly and took any instructions on board regarding her care when things changed. If you need to speak to the office staff they are always professional and helpful with their responses.
My mother sadly no longer requires their services now but I would recommend the company without hesitation.

My mother seems very happy with the carers that visit her. They always treat her with respect. They always ring myself or my sister if there have been any concerns. They will also remind her what day it is and what she has planned for that day checking the planner we have written out.

With eight years of experience as a registered manager, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of providing exceptional care to those in need.
