This is a small, local business providing care for clients in the Hillingdon and Ealing boroughs.

The company was originally founded when the three directors who all had experience working within the care industry, decided that they wanted to start a new company and challenge the bad media and reputation that unfortunately the care industry had.

They were determined to start a home care company who actually cared!

The companies ethos is...

We called we Do Care in a few months ago, I forget exactly when they started, but it was to keep my mother washed, clean and comfortable. I took care of her food and medication. They were very good, polite, friendly and helpful. My mother went into hospital in September 2025, and when she came out on the 31st December 2025, Palliative care sent out another care company. After a couple of weeks I requested to have We Do Care back.

My mother was bed bound, but again We Do Care were very good, nothing was too much trouble for them. Even after my mother passed away on Saturday, they came in to help get her body ready for the undertakers.

Both my parents have used We Do Care for many years and I've been impressed with their professionalism, current help with Mum who is bed bound and assistance in letting me know what she needs (food, drinks, household products etc) and we have an efficient system. The staff have always been friendly and adaptable.

My mum has been under the care of We Do Care for a number of years now. The standard of carers has been exceptional with each carer being chosen by the manager to suit my mum's needs. We have, over the years, had a few different carers from this agency and all of them have been extremely good. One carer has been with us from the start and is consistently kind and gentle, caring for mum with exceptional capability. A relatively new carer has joined us in recent months and she too goes above and beyond her duties to make mum comfortable and happy. To conclude. We do Care lives up to its name. Whenever there is a problem, the office are quick to sort it out and are always there to support the families. The management are accessible and uses their wealth of experience to help us if needs be, with advice on a wide range of problems that naturally arise. Dealing with the frail, sick and vulnerable is a difficult job but I wholeheartedly recommend this agency to deliver an exceptional service.

What an amazing team. Very informative, always keeping us up to date. The team went above and beyond with a patient who was indeed very challenging, her personality, stubbornness and physical needs were met without complaint. I would highly recommend this care team. They showed compassion and great patience.

I have been fortunate to be a client of We Do Care for the past five-and-a-half years and I am a very happy customer. I am a 61-year-old wheelchair-user with muscular dystrophy, now retired after 30 years' service as a journalist and editor at BBC News. I have organised all my care since I was 18 years of age and I have to say that We Do Care is one of the very best care companies with whom I have ever had the pleasure to work.

The carers are excellent and do a wonderful job, allowing me to live independently at home. They assist me with day-to-day care: toileting, washing and the l like. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I am comfortable. The management is responsive and very pleasant and, above all, they listen to me. We Do Care cares very well for me and I recommend the company without hesitation.

We Do Care provides that excellent service some care providers promise but fail to deliver.
I stopped looking at 'promising' websites and rang We Do Care. A home assessment was promptly arranged and I've never looked back.
Care and attention have been given to every aspect of We Do Care as a provider: admin is streamlined, efficient, and communication excellent. Care managers and carers alike are generous with support and information.
My husband (Client) is challenged due to the behavioral and psychological symptoms of advanced dementia. He was shielded during the pandemic, which he'd not registered and his Carers have been a lifeline to an outside world I'd forgotten existed.
With dementia, it often feels like a continuous despair and loss but carers have enabled us to laugh despite the loss.

We Do Care has made a huge difference to our lives - what had seemed impossible, became possible. They do care to provide an excellent service, for all the right reasons.

I have been a client of We Do Care for some years following a less that ideal other provider and can honestly say that they have more than satisfied my needs for the entire time.
I am housebound and unable to prepare food for myself, etc.
The carers have been most able, helpful and kind.
I have spoken to other people who use carers and the unanimous conclusion is that those with the nationally known chains and other large companies do not provide the level of care and compassion that We Do Care does.

I would have no reservations in recommending them to anyone who is unfortunate enough to need carers.

We highly recommend this company, and we know our mum is in very good hands in their care.
We have had a few issues in the past, getting things just right, but this was always very quickly resolved and in a very professional manner.

Very pleased with the care that is being provided for my Mum and Dad. The carers are all very kind. Would highly recommend We Do Care to anyone looking for carers. Puts my mind at ease to know they visit twice a day to administer meds and assist my Dad to safely get up and shower and in the evening visit to put him to bed.

All of the staff at We Do Care that I have had contact with are friendly, caring and professional. Communication is good, they keep me informed if there are any issues.
Dad was not keen on the idea of people coming to help him, however, the caregivers are very respectful and he has come to look forward to their visits.

I would definitely recommend We Do Care to anyone looking for caring services.

Always efficient, friendly staff and professional at all times, no complaints at all and yes I would recommend them anytime.

Always on time, their daily visits really help me to get through each day as I am bedridden and on my own all day. They take my dog out each day which gives me peace of mind and the dog tends to get very excited with his barking but they soon calm him down he loves seeing the staff, as do I.

I changed to We Do Care as they were half the cost of the previous company and they had a good rating. Family run business. They look after my dad very well even though he can be a bit awkward as he has dementia they take it in their stride. They are always cheery and very caring. Good communication with any issues that arise.

I got in touch with We Do Care after our previous agency had let us down. From our very first meeting, the team were absolutely superb and have been ever since. There isn't anything that is too much trouble for them to do and most importantly my father looks forward to their daily visits. With what they do for my father day to day, they really have made a difference in all of our lives.

We have been using We Do Care now for over 2 years, their service and communications have always been excellent. They have developed a good relationship with my parents and ourselves. Most staff good, very good. Some have too much opinion as to what Mum needs. As a family, we look after Mum's health and welfare. A third party to be at all reviews (son and daughter).

We are extremely disappointed and quite surprised that you feel this way. During the most recent meeting with the liaison support manager, where you were present, no concerns were raised at all. My brother has never wanted carers as he won’t accept that he has dementia but the other day I said to him how lucky he was to have all these people looking after him and he answered - "I love them all" - which I was very pleased to hear. They are all very caring and look after him very well and I am so grateful to them.

Not being 'round the corner' means I rely on We Do Care (London) Ltd to ensure mum is looked after when I can't be there. And lately (due to Covid-19 lockdown restricitons) this has been more important than ever. They have offered increased visits to ensure household chores are done, topped up food shopping and collected mum's prescriptions. Mum is happy, safe and cared for and that gives me great peace of mind.

We contacted We Do Care when our mother came out of hospital 6 months ago. We did not know how she would respond to having carers to help her get up in the morning, because her dementia means that she rarely recognises anyone outside our immediate family. However, all the staff from We Do Care have been extremely professional, friendly, and empathetic, and we have not noticed any reluctance to their helping her with the very personal tasks of showering and dressing.
As our mother’s physical health has improved, we have asked We Do Care to alter her schedule of care on a number of occasions, and have been impressed by, and grateful for, the flexible way in which the Company has responded to our changing needs.

Overall, our experience tells us that all the staff, from management down, genuinely do care, and we would highly recommend them to others who are in need of support at home.
