The company was originally founded when the three directors who all had experience working within the care industry, decided that they wanted to start a new company and challenge the bad media and reputation that unfortunately the care industry had.

Spent years with bad agency’s and now we are with ‘We Do Care London’ it is such a breath of fresh air!!
All carers are so kind and gentle and bring a lovely atmosphere to our home!
Management is very easy to get hold of and make you feel like you can ring them absolutely anytime.
As our mother’s physical health has improved, we have asked We Do Care to alter her schedule of care on a number of occasions, and have been impressed by, and grateful for, the flexible way in which the Company has responded to our changing needs.
Overall, our experience tells us that all the staff, from management down, genuinely do care, and we would highly recommend them to others who are in need of support at home.
The carers have shown great attention and care for my mother which has been much appreciated. One carer has even shared her food with her when she has refused to eat hers.
I cannot put into words the difference that the service ‘We Do Care’ has provided for my family. My father's mental health had deteriorated considerably due to not remembering to take medication. The carers support in this matter has been phenomenal. If there is ever an issue I am contacted immediately. My father feels less lonely due to the friendly carers that come to see him every morning. It is clear to me that ever carer he sees goes that extra mile to support him. He is a different person and I am reassured every day that the carers are doing a wonderful job. The first carer that I met was professional, understanding and above all ‘caring.’
I called We Do Care when my dad came out of hospital following an operation when he was suddenly much less capable of coping alone.
They were amazing. They did the assessment the SAME DAY because we were so desperate and then came to start the following day.
They don't charge different rates for different days and times so it's easy for me to sort out when I get an invoice too.
Now dad's recovered (at home and with the amazing support of the girls) he no longer needs daily care but he's so happy with how brilliant and helpful We Do Care are, he has them come round weekly to help with the bits he can't manage alone.
Brilliant, flexible, reliable carers. 100% recommend!
I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs care and help at home.
They encouraged him, looked after, took him places he's never been, achieved things he never thought he could do, very clean, tidy up after themselves, very well presented, been an amazing ear for whenever my uncle needed it and all around an amazing team.
Phone calls, to important things they always guide with and know all his needs from the 1st day. They make him feel comfortable and he is enjoying their effort and amazing work they do with him and I can't thank them enough...
We Do Care (London) have been caring for my father for the last 6 months. I have seen a vast improvement in his wellbeing and state of mind. I could not be happier with the service they have given him. I would recommend them to anyone who has a relative who needs home care.
It has been reassuring to have carers who turn up on time and are conscientious. I recommend them to anyone who has a family member who needs some additional support or care needs. You will not be disappointed.
