Just wanted to put on record our grateful thanks for the excellent care that the girls of Pinnacle Cares are providing for my brother who was diagnosed with early signs of dementia last year. The girls have been taking care of my brother now for over 3 months and pop in once per day to help him with
his daily needs - and the change in my brother's health and overall well being has been remarkable.
Just as important as the care provided is the daily social interaction with my brother and the girls also excel at this. My brother is much more relaxed, confident and outgoing and these changes are solely due to the care and time the girls take in helping him every day. We can't thank you enough for your excellent support.

I have been delighted with the quality of care delivered by Pinnacle to my Mother. They are a genuine reassurance to me as I live in Australia and their online contact system is extremely useful. I always know when Carers are with Mum and because she is deaf they help her communicate with me which is
great for both of us. I would recommend them especially to families who are geographically distant.

The staff at Pinnacle Cares have been great from the first time we got in touch. They were very responsive and met with us to understand what was needed and explained how the care would work. The staff have been very caring and supportive which has helped us enormously through this very difficult time.
I would highly recommend Pinnacle Cares to anyone looking for a professional and caring company to look after a loved one.

Pinnacle Cares provide excellent care in the home for my mother who has had a stroke. The carers always arrive on time and treat my mother with care and respect as well as always having time to talk to her and ask her how she is doing. I could not ask for a better service.

Wonderful carers, who are supportive, helpful cheerful and responsive. Got involved at very short notice, took initiative on care requirements and provide an excellent service which takes a weight off the rest of the family. We could not manage without this great team!

Inspection ratings
We rate most services according to how safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led they are, using four levels:
Outstanding - the service is performing exceptionally well.
Good - the service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
Requires improvement - the service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
Inadequate - the service is performing badly and we've taken enforcement action against the provider of the service.
No rating/under appeal/rating suspended - there are some services which we can't rate, while some might be under appeal from the provider. Suspended ratings are being reviewed by us and will be published soon.
Ticks and crosses
We don't rate every type of service. For services we haven't rated we use ticks and crosses to show whether we've asked them to take further action or taken enforcement action against them.
There's no need for the service to take further action. If this service has not had a CQC inspection since it registered with us, our judgement may be based on our assessment of declarations and evidence supplied by the service.
The service must make improvements.
At least one standard in this area was not being met when we inspected the service and we have taken enforcement action.
