Since the day the manager and her team of carers came in to help Mum they have supported not just my mum who is fighting a battle with PSP, Parkinson's but my dad too. They have gone above and beyond, swapping times at little notice, treating Mum with care, respect and understanding every time they...
Since the day the manager and her team of carers came in to help Mum they have supported not just my mum who is fighting a battle with PSP, Parkinson's but my dad too. They have gone above and beyond, swapping times at little notice, treating Mum with care, respect and understanding every time they have visited and they visit three times a day. Staff have been polite, considerate of needs and culture. They clean up behind themselves and visit within the time frames scheduled. We are so pleased with all that they are doing to help Mum during the last phase of her life. Thank you will never be enough.
