Overall an efficient and professional provider. The only downside is the fact that not all staff have permanent contracts and they are on zero hours this leads to the competent staff leaving to find a position that is flexible.

Overall, service provided is good. As with most companies, there are staff that provide a great service user experience and ones not so. Training and audits are undertaken by senior carers, both days and nights.

We had initially some teething issues with getting the right staff/carers for my husband's needs, but happily this is all resolved. The ladies who care for us are all friendly, approachable and attentive towards my husband's needs. It helps that they have a sense of humour and get on well with both
of us. Staff at the agency are helpful and always provide the support we need along with any changes/updates that occur.
