I have always been pleased with the care and attention that my mother has received in your care. The carers are delightful and cheerful with my mum, simulating her with conversation. Her showers are always done with care, efficiency and with attention to modesty. It is lovely that she has the same carer(s) to keep continuity.
I am really happy with the service giving just the amount of care and attention that a Parkinson's sufferer needs.
Best wishes.
I have been very impressed by the service provided by Helping Hands. I have valued the professional approach, kindness and competence of all the carers who have visited me. A strength of the service has been to have a named, main carer. It was therefore possible for her to quickly become familiar with my needs, likes and dislikes. She was always cheerful and I looked forward to her visits. I was, however, disappointed that she was allocated to another client on my last day and I was not informed of this change in advance by management. I'm now regaining my independence and am grateful for the care I've received.
The daily carers are lovely and look after my mother excellently. They do all that is required and will sit and have a chat with her if time allows. There are some issues when visit times are changed, and we are not informed. If we are arranging things around the rota, this is very inconvenient. This is not the fault of the carers, but the admin/managers. I also find them expensive compared to other providers.
Sometimes I get a different carer to the one expected, but sometimes people are sick and can't make it.
The family is very pleased and feel reassured that their mum is in good hands
Once the care was put in place it is running well and efficiently. Carers are very nice and friendly, my dad speaks well of them all. They are tidy, clean, caring and meet all our requirements so far. The office staff listen to our needs and they are addressed. There is also good communication between ourselves and carers on a weekly basis if we have concerns.
I cannot recommend Helping Hands enough. They are so supportive, friendly and professional. Any issues or problems that arose were sorted immediately. I now have complete peace of my mind that my father is being cared for and looked after by the best!
As a sufferer of multiple sclerosis for nearly twenty eights years, in order to keep my independence I have been forced to use care agencies over the last few years for help with everyday living. In my experience Helping Hands Home Care (Epsom) are the best agency that I have employed. The staff are polite, friendly and with living on my own I look forward to my carers visiting.
Whenever I’ve asked for extra help it has always been sorted promptly. I am particularly grateful to Dad's previous carer and Dad's regular carer now, who does a fantastic job.
I thoroughly recommend Helping Hands Home Care (Epsom).
Helping Hands Home Care (Epsom) team have offered my Mum such good care and respect over the time they have cared for her, it has made the family feel very happy that she is always in good hands. We moved Mum over Christmas to our house in East Sussex and the managing of the care was seamless.
