Helping Hands office staff arrange as far as possible for the same carers to visit my wife makes the attendance time so much easier, and she considers them friends. The carer's attention to her is superb, creating a very relaxed time for her.

My husband and I are delighted for the opportunity to sing our praises for our wonderful carer.
She is professional, efficient, hard working, but always finds time to check how we're feeling & how our day has been. Whenever she's on duty, we feel safe as we know we are in good hands. The is important
to us as we have no family living nearby.

I cannot speak highly enough of this service. We used Helping Hands firstly, for our dad until the end of January for mum. The carers are chatty, polite, cheerful, caring and professional. We were updated with Mum's care and alerted us if there was any concern. I would not hesitate to recommend Helping
