Helping Hands is a blessing for many people like us. Would recommend HH to some friends and family. The level of service provided by the carers is way beyond our expectations. Alisha whp is our carer, goes way beyond her care of duty & my husband is a completely different character. Nothing is too
much for Alisha, who is pleasant and beautiful inside and outside and cares for Phil with such passion. Well done, Alisha. Well done, Helping Hands, keep up the good work.

The care service is excellent. The carers are very helpful, friendly, caring and attentive. They give excellent peace of mind.

Know they will come more or less on time every day, this is very helpful as I can be showered and dressed, waiting for my breakfast.

We are very happy with every aspect of the service provided to look after my Dad apart from the initial system setup. These onboarding issues got fixed within a few weeks, and after that, it's been great.

Helping Hands office staff arrange as far as possible for the same carers to visit my wife makes the attendance time so much easier, and she considers them friends. The carer's attention to her is superb, creating a very relaxed time for her.

She is professional, efficient, hard working, but always finds time to check how we're feeling & how our day has been. Whenever she's on duty, we feel safe as we know we are in good hands. The is
important to us as we have no family living nearby.
We feel extremely lucky to have such a kind, funny person in our home. Thank you.

I cannot speak highly enough of this service. We used Helping Hands firstly, for our dad until the end of January for mum. The carers are chatty, polite, cheerful, caring and professional. We were updated with Mum's care and alerted us if there was any concern. I would not hesitate to recommend
