Helping Hands give us the perfect 'care package' for supporting mum's needs. The care they provide is exemplary. The carers are patient and kind to mum and take their time to chat with mum and build a relationship with her. The practical help they give too with helping me to run the house (cleaning and washing etc) is just wonderful and enables me now to have more time to work and time to spend with my own family. The managers are always very friendly and approachable. They are incredibly supportive and understanding and go out of their way to provide flexible help in any way they can.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really do appreciate it.

I feel I can contact the office any time for extra support or information and I always get a prompt and positive response. Clare in particular has been fantastic.
We are thrilled to hear that your Mum is very happy with the support she is receiving and the visits are enabling her to remain in her own home.

My carer is absolutely amazing she is actually like my best friend and without her I would be lost her bosses are so helpful also whenever I ring them I'd give them all a very special award.
My carer takes me shopping and is always prompt and friendly.
Carer very helpful and always carry out all the tasks that are required of them.
All the Helping Hands carers treated my Dad with kindness, compassion, dignity and good humour. They were always punctual and professional. Moreover, we got frequent phone calls from the office to check things were running smoothly. We cannot thank all the carers and office staff enough for their service. Helping Hands has been described to me as the crème de la crème of the caring world, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
With more consistent care, I knew that my dad was seeing people who had become familiar with him and understood his needs really well. I felt that they became very fond of him, and used a lot of humour and the kind of banter that he really enjoyed.
The management staff were also excellent, responding quickly to any questions and showing empathy when I was stressed and overwhelmed.
Dad has now moved to a care home, but I'm very grateful that Helping Hands were there for his last few months at home. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Helping Hands. The carers were a great help and carried out tasks with professionalism and empathy. I was in need of help for a short period as I was recovering from an illness, over that time I received several different carers, I found them all to be friendly and hard-working. My husband was out at work all day, leaving me with long days, trying to manage while physically weak and tired. It became very reassuring to know I would have help arriving each day for a couple of hours. I felt well looked after and all my needs were met, thank you ladies, I really appreciated your help.
Thank you so much for leaving such a brilliant review for us! It's really heartwarming to hear how we were able to help you and that you felt that all of your needs were met while your husband was at work. It is our absolute pleasure to provide you with support and we're beyond grateful for your feedback.
Best wishes.
Carers became part of an extended family - providing Mum with love and laughter, as well as practical support. We could leave Mum and have our time, knowing she would be well looked after. In the last few months of Mum's life, we were lucky enough to be able to have the same four carers - this provided excellent continuity of care.
We would not have been able to keep mum at home without this support. Thank you.
Best wishes.
They have all been very supportive and have listened when I have needed to have a cry.
They have made the whole journey for our family, much easier. The carers are amazing too. Always pleasant and happy to go above and beyond.
Best wishes.
