My mother in law has been supported by live in carers for almost a year now and everyone has been excellent. They are caring, supportive and trustworthy and I cannot fault them. The admin team in Eastbourne have also been fantastic. We would not have been able to manage without your support. Thank you all.
Many thanks for your kind 5* Review and lovely feedback. We are delighted to learn the Live-In care provided for your mother in law has been excellent and you have found our team caring, supportive and trustworthy.

Recently, due to an unexpected hospital stay for one aunt our family urgently needed extra help with care.
Sophie at the office immediately put in place overnight care and 3 visits per day when we needed it. The carers help was invaluable and enabled my 106 year old aunt to stay in her own home. Now both aunts are back home Helping Hands are very flexible in reducing the care and changing it to suit my aunts constantly changing requirements.
Our family initially made contact with Helping Hands after a recommendation from a friend who is using Helping Hands to look after her father and we are so glad we have them to support us and our aunts.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really are very grateful.
We are pleased to hear all the carers who visit your aunts have been excellent and are kind, friendly and very respectful of their needs.
It is also great to hear the office are flexible in the level of...
I highly recommend Helping Hands.
I've had excellent, friendly support from the team to set up this care for our two night stay to ensure we had an enjoyable time.
Our Carer was friendly, calm and reassuring. She provided all personal care morning and evening and attended during the night. Although the Carer was very young, she was very confident with everything.
Our Carer really ensured that my husband and I had a lovely break and lovely memories.
Thankyou xxx
We have been under the wing of this wonderful agency for over a year and from the lady who answers the phone to the ladies that attend my mother in law they are wonderful. Management run an efficient and caring ship and we are totally blown away with how exceptional their service is. We can thoroughly recommend. We would never look any where else. Thank you to everyone concerned x
I cannot rate the care and compassion my mother received from both the day carers and live in carers over the time we used the service .
Every carer were kind and professional in all their interactions and above all showed their love of the job they did.
One carer on talking about services said 'i am just a carer' . There is no 'just' for these incredibly people who do a job because they CARE . If you are thinking of using helping hands I would recommend every time.
They allowed my mother to stay in her own home and to live the death she wanted. At home, cared for by lovely people . We avoided hospital ensuring a bed there was free for someone needing care with the chance of life. We avoided a nursing home , which my mother did not want .
Do consider for your loved ones
The carers were always kind and considerate, the care provided enabled my mother to remain in her own home until she was nearly 96.My thanks to all the staff at Helping Hands who supported my mother for many years.
I am very impressed with each member of staff who has visited my brother to offer him assistance in his home and also to go shopping
Particularly impressive us the attitude of each visitor and their professional approach.
My father needed some additional support but was reluctant. The Helping Hands people responded to my concerns to this with assurance and patience. The care then given was very well received and always with understanding.
Always arrives and makes sure my father in law is fed and food left for his tea time too. Anything he asks for they will help with that too if needed. Liaises with a family member is if there is a problem.
The team organised and provided transportation for my parents on Christmas Day to our home (2 hours away), and stayed on hand to provide whatever care support was needed, got on well with my parents and integrated with the family joining us for Christmas dinner.
Would recommend and my parents are using again. Thanks.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The call times are good. I always feel safe in their care. We have no complaints to make, we are very happy with the service we get.
Thank you so much for all your care, attention, reassurance and for your can-do attitudes. You've restored our faith in care providers, plus already enabled us the family to dare to go away for a night or two, having complete confidence that Mum's in great hands.
We've been using helping hands for 27 months. The report the carriers have built with my grandmother is excellent. They show complete compassion, dignity and respect. They take their time and are extremely patient with her. They also take the time to talk to me and ask him for I'm OK in my caring role. The only downfall is the cost of the car as helping hands is one of the most expensive providers. My grandmother won't be able to continue to afford the care once her savings run out.
