I am afraid we cannot recommend this company due to them having put my grandmother at risk of worsening health, due to their erratic scheduling, lateness and inconsistency. On one occasion, she was left 13 hours in between visits (which she receives 4 x daily). Having to go this length of time...
I am afraid we cannot recommend this company due to them having put my grandmother at risk of worsening health, due to their erratic scheduling, lateness and inconsistency. On one occasion, she was left 13 hours in between visits (which she receives 4 x daily). Having to go this length of time between being able to mobilise puts her at great risk of being rehospitalised. Since being under their care, her anxiety has become significantly worse because there is no knowing what time they will turn up next - it changes dramatically every day.
I do not want this review to reflect badly upon the carers themselves - they have been lovely with her, and we do not have any issues with the actual standard of care received. It is not their fault if the scheduling system is not fit for purpose. The issue is with management - I am afraid we cannot recommend them. We have chosen another company because we felt that my grandmother was significantly at risk if we remained with them.

We understand how important it is for care visits to be reliable and consistent, especially for those who depend on them throughout the day. While delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, these situations are not typical of our service, and we always do our best to minimise any disruption.
We appreciate that these comments reflect your experience and concerns as your grandmother's granddaughter. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your concerns and discuss your experience in more detail.

It's an appalling service, care is rushed, inadequate and expensive. The allocated time was never given on any of my visits to my mum.
