I do not want this review to reflect badly upon the carers themselves - they have been lovely with her, and we do not have any issues with the actual standard of care received. It is not their fault if the scheduling system is not fit for purpose. The issue is with management - I am afraid we cannot recommend them. We have chosen another company because we felt that my grandmother was significantly at risk if we remained with them.

It's an appalling service, care is rushed, inadequate and expensive. The allocated time was never given on any of my visits to my mum. The managers never respond to telephone worries or complaints and the reassurances at the time are empty. Mum was self funded and didn't know what care should look like, we changed and now she does.
