It's an appalling service, care is rushed, inadequate and expensive. The allocated time was never given on any of my visits to my mum. The managers never respond to telephone worries or complaints and the reassurances at the time are empty. Mum was self funded and didn't know what care should look like,
we changed and now she does.

Really happy with the service my brother is receiving.
My brother has the same staff; they know how to help him. They are very friendly and helpful. The office is always helpful and responsive when we call.

Charmes carers treat my wife with respect to maintain her dignity. They always call her by name, explain what they are doing and have a friendly and cheerful manner. They have built a good relationship with me and my family. For many, a little bit extra is no trouble. It is good to have an identified
key worker. Although rotas are sometimes late, the management is accessible and ready to help with problems.

On the whole carers are very good but occasionally small errors are made- most of them are very pleasant and caring and will do any job requested. The owner has been very helpful with setting up the care package and onwards care since last November.
